I initially called Sixty Minute Cleaners on a Saturday to make sure that they could accommodate a same day turnaround on the following Monday. When I arrived on Monday, the woman working at the desk was rude and tried to convince me to pick up next day which I couldnt do due to any early scheduled flight. I asked to have two shirts buttons replaced on the cuff. When I came to pick up the clothes, the clothes were starched way too much and the buttons that were there were missing and had not been replaced. The services was overpriced compared to other local retailers and customer service was poor. Communication leaves a lot to be desired and I will not be doing business here again. The only thing they got right was a fast turnaround which is moot considering the missing buttons and over-starched shirts.

I got there at 4:00 nobody was there waited for 45 mins. Finally someone showed up got mine and my little boy suit I checked it out to see how they looked and they didnt even touch it all they did was put a clear bag over it and said its done this was my first time here and it was my last time very disappointed I had to give it a 1 star because it made me 4/2817

Very helpful with my emergency! I was able to get two suits cleaned in an hour and they gave me their regular rate on a Saturday! Will definitely be driving all the way out from Semmes for this company again.

Only cleaners in town that dry cleans on saturdays! Same day service on laundry (1 hour on dry cleaning as long as its in by 10 am) Open 6 days/week Closed on Sundays
