Like Cheers, for your clothes. True story - On a Saturday afternoon I came to them with a shirt that was a mess. I tried to iron it myself, but the iron stained it with some type of rust. This was my only white shirt, and I had a black tie event later that evening. The guys not only cleaned the shirt, but it was pressed and ready for me to pick up on my way to the event. I arrived in my tux to pick it up, dress and head out. They refused to charge me. My partner introduced me to this family-owned business around 2007 and I havent looked back. This establishment has been family-owned since the 1930s, and the tradition continues today. At Sigs (as it is affectionately known) you arent a number - you are a person. They know you and how you like your clothes cleaned and delivered. This is so true that theyll stamp your name in the bottom of your shirt, and organize your clothes by last name rather than number. There have been weeks when I am running late and I just leave a pile of clothes and say Ill be back next Saturday. Not only is everything there, but it is just the way I like it, and my friends are there to deliver it with a smile. Other than I cant be happier they now take credit and debit cards (come on, use the debit card and save the family a few %), there isnt much more to say. Even when they didnt take cards, I left my wallet one week, and they opened a tab until the next week for me.

There is truly no business in Atlanta that has customer service as good as Sig Samuels. This locally owned, family operated dry cleaners is the best kept secret by local Atlantans. Dont be surprised if you run into someone famous because literally everyone in Atlanta who knows about Sig Samuels, uses Sig Samuels. But it makes no difference how famous you are, they will remember your name every time you walk in even if you are not often in need of dry cleaning. As for myself it was one of the first businesses anyone recommended to me when I first moved to Atlanta, which I found strange at the time given that dry cleaners are a dime a dozen. Ever since the time I finally tried it out, the brothers at Sig Samuels have remembered my name every time I walk in the door. When I got married in Atlanta last year I told my dad he had to use them for his tux and to tell them he was my dad and I say hi. When he went to pick it up (without me there) they refused to let him pay and said to say congrats. Its really hard to explain just how great these guys are. But this is just one of those things where you have to go out on a limb on a strangers recommendation and see for yourself.

Youll feel like youve just stepped 50 years back in time when you walk through the front door. However, stepping into the past just might be the best thing you can do for your 21st century wardrobe. Sig Samuels delivers prompt and friendly Mayberry RFD kind of service with fair pricing. Quick if youre in a hurry. Or if youre not in a rush youll likely find a few customers chatting up the latest Midtown buzz.. Laughter and smiles.. No extra charge. People might take their clothes to Sig Samuels to be cleaned, but what they really do is prepare your clothes so you can look your best... effortlessly. No surprises... Except when you drop off a shirt and forget to mention that several buttons were missing. Most cleaners would clean the shirt and ignore the missing buttons. Sig Samuels replaced the missing buttons and I didnt realize it till I pulled out the shirt at home. Ive used Sig Samuels for years. First when I lived around the corner. And now, even though Im up in Brookhaven, its worth the trip. RICK

These guys are amazing--terrific work and utterly great people. I was visiting Atlanta and had a dry-cleaning emergency--needs a shirt cleaned and pressed by 10 Monday morning. Came in late Saturday, explained my situation, and they said if I could get my shift to them later that day or very first thing Monday morning, they would have it ready by 10. I did and they did. The shirt was perfect, but the thing that impressed me most is if they would go to all this trouble for someone they knew was from out of town and would not be a repeat customer, imagine what they would do for regular customers. I wish I lived in Atlanta just to have such a great cleaner to go to! (Well I guess that is really not enough of a reason to move, but all I can say is that Sig is an amazing, customer-centered business.)

The best dry cleaning experience you will ever have. Not only are they fast as do an excellent job with a prime location and have fabulous prices... But they are also some of the nicest people I have ever met. Every time I come in they know my name, and follow up with last times conversation. You will want to get things dry cleaned just to go in and speak with them. Seriously will never go anywhere else and wish they could perform all the services I need in life. BEST HUMANS EVER

Sig Samuels Dry cleaners is a great family-owned dry cleaners. The staff is amazing- they are so friendly, kind, and they truly care about their customers. Their service is fabulous- they have same day service available if you bring your laundry in before 10am, and your clothes will come back to you looking great. I only go to Sig Samuels because their customer service, prices, and staff are unbeatable!

Professional, friendly staff. Great prices and they do a fantastic job. I have sensitive skin and nothing they use breaks me out or causes me to feel itchy/dried out like a lot of chemicals dry cleaners use do. Adequate parking for the area. They work quickly here and have great hours (sometimes hard to find services open outside of normal 9-5 hours)

I moved from downtown out west of town. I still drive 35 minutes into town just to take the drycleaning to Sigs. I thought customer service was dead in this world but Sigs is the last true holdout. The prices simply cant be beat for the service you get from here. If you are considering using them then just go. You wont be sorry!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! They are extremely friendly, fair, and do great work. My wife and I moved to Midtown about a year ago and are so fortunate to have found Sig Samuels. Its the type of place where you could just go and hang out with the owners. Truly a gem and top-notch customer service.

Nicest folks youll ever meet operating a dry cleaning shop. They remember their numerous customers by name, theyre funny, reasonably priced, and always on time. Even when the customer isnt right, theyre gracious and double check everything cheerfully. As long as theyre in business, Ill never go anywhere else.
