In February 2009 I rented formal wear for the Mystics of Time ball in Mobile, AL during Mardi Gras. I had rented from Jaguar Cleanears a few times before for various formal events. On this occasion, I experienced stubborn, difficult employees that apparently were unfamiliar with taking measurments. I spent close to 45 minutes reserving my tuxedo/tails even though I was the only customer in the store. A relative picked up my rented clothing and the shirt was three sized too small. I squeezed into the shirt and looked like a fool. The next morning I brought the mistake to the attention of the employees at Jaguar Cleaners, and they could have cared less. They told me the mistake was my fault for not trying on the formal wear at the time of pickup and offered no apology for their blunder. There is no accountability at this company, and I actually talked to several EX-customers who had similar experiences. I rent two sets of formal wear per year, which in the future, will be rented elsewhere.

These people are a joke. They state that you MUST have an AL Drivers License. I am from Florida, and i obliviously dont have one. We needed a tux on a last minute bases. A friend told us to go here, when i walked through the door, the woman was like what do you want. I thought it was a joke. she asked for an ID, and i gave her my license, she threw it down and laughed and said: " you MUST have a AL Drivers License, no exceptions." i looked at her and said dont you require a deposit and a credit card to be used to get a tux? She looked at me and said "Sir you dont have an AL Licence I CANT HELP YOU." i asked for the sup and she said that she was out. What a joke!!!! Go to Randals!!!!

Worst experience ever. Dropped off some alterations Friday morning. The clerk promised them by Friday evening at 6:00 P.M. I questioned her with the manager present and she assured me that it was correct. I was shocked. With a 45 minute drive, I made the trip. A different clerk met me with " this is an alteration, a week to 10 days". I showed her my ticket, no change. The manager basically told me the same thing. BAD BUSINESS! They acted like I should have known, even though they assured me and my ticket said it would be ready. This took 2 hours out of my day and I still have to take the clothes somewhere else. Will never give them my business again.

I have never had a problem with this location(6211 Airport Blvd), the people are nice and friendly. If you drop off your articles of clothing before 10PM CST, you can pick them up the same day. I will continue to use this location and would recommend and no... after reading some other reviews, Jaguar Cleaners does not operate any coin operations that I know of.

I have used them twice both for tux rentals for large parties and both times the people working were complete bit**es will never give them business again
