Glen and the guys have kept my 05 Taurus in the best of care since I first went to them over a year ago. Every Oil Change, Fluids, even helping to diagnose a tricky lean condition issue. I am not car savvy in the slightest, an have never felt ripped off or taken advantage of. The prices are fair, and any of the mechanics there has always shown me exactly what Im paying for before services are rendered. Yes sometimes you do have to wait. That will happen at any mechanic. Yes sometimes they take people out of order if you come in without an appointment. Think of it like triage, stuff that is potentially harmful to the drivers needs to go first. Common sense yall.

Took my car here for brakes and alignment, they called later and said rotors needed replaced, hub was bad etc. Final bill would be $805. I said no thanks, I will come get the car. The next day I took it to Firestone on airport for brakes and alignment, they said rotors were fine,total cost $316. Never get 1 estimate from pepboys and accept it I saved almost $500. 1 star is too good for this store.

Went there to get a leak fixed as well as my turning signals and headlights and had to go back 2 more times because after they "fixed" the problems none of it kept working. Then they told me theyd call before charging me and instead they went ahead and "fixed" something else and charged me for it. Seemed like nice people at first. Dont go there to get any kind of repair.

Ive been waiting over four hours for a slow leak to repaired on a tire for which I purchased a maintenance plan. Being without my car I have missed a half days work so far. They keep putting other customers in ahead of me. My car has not been taken into a bay yet. Is this the kind of after purchase service you want?

I had a bad experience, my problem wasnt fixed this was from 2014, havent returned since not sure if they changed or fire the guys, I did make a complaint but nothing was done instead they try to sell me more and state this for sure would fix my issue but I didnt bite.

Took my truck in to check the brakes. They said rotors needed turning and needed new front brakes. Almost 900.00 and all day sitting there. Walked in before 11 walked out at 6:20. We just moved here to Mobile. Terrible!

This place will never honor their words they lied, before you get any service from them they talk very good but after you come back for any warranty or any issue they will try hard to avoid it and blamed on your fault.

Was told that fixing the starter and replacing a filter would take 3 hours. Here I am the next day waiting in the rain in the parking lot more than an hour after todays pickup time.
