Horrible, horrible experience with this company. The particular house I rented was left in good condition, yet I was robbed of my security deposit for bogus charges and damage already done before I moved in. I paid for lawn service before moving out, yet they still charged me for another lawn cut after we vacated the property. Carpet was not clean when we moved in, yet they charged me to clean it when I moved out, etc. The property manager and owner were dismissive and nonchalant about my complaints; the owner was downright nasty. Evil, corrupt business practices. Some of these property managers and owners are SNAKES! Renters, beware!!!
