Being a Realtor may be what business they are in but Bob was what I was looking for, an Agent. I wanted someone to work as hard as I would if I knew how to do it. All through the process it seemed that he was looking out for my best interest and seemed very knowledgeable. He made several suggestions and helped with a few issues that I did not see.
