This place is ran by a bunch of feminazi creatures who have no respect for men and even less respect for veterans. Theyd prefer to cater to the woman who had no complaints on her because no one loved next door to her for 18 months, less than two weeks in and the lady just felt entitled to all the available parking that was meant to be one vehicle per side. Claimed she had 2 vehicles but never once did she have two vehicles parked back there for long than an hr or so, and it was a different car each time. When confronted about it she becomes real defensive and I have my reasons for believing she acted this way considering he current state of America and the area of the housing on the near east side of indy. Theyd rather cater to her out of fear of a public law suit over racism than to actually deal with the racist person making the accusations that the police even laughed off. Beyond that when I first moved i had to call several times to fix a few minor issues, it took them 4 weeks to get out and fix the refrigerator that was leaking and didnt even bother trying to fix any other issues because he had an "urgent" matter and never came back despite repeated calls and attempts. I eventually gave up and let the problems get worse as I now had valid legal recourse to get out of my lease and into a place that isnt so terribly ran. Do not even consider a place they run no matter how nice you think it is, its not worth the headache you would get from management and maintenance. The worst place i have ever had to endure living in, and I was stationed with marines. Beyond that they tried telling me they had a no dog policy and it didnt matter if he was a registered service dog or not. Took a lawyer to stop them from making a mistake , should have let them keep going so I could own their company and run it proper. From what Ive been told another company is now taking over the area in which i lived and is who I currently stay with. They are good and actually care. At least so far.

Terrible. I unfortunately lived in a property managed by this company for 5 years. While the property itself wasnt bad- it was managed terribly. Issues reported and never fixed, or when reported get "looked at" by some temporary maintenance guy of the month who is just in your house because they dont give any sort of warning or notification. Of course maintenance cant get anything done since it needs to be "authorized." Basically a run around to keep you happy short term without actually fixing anything long term. The company has a turnover of employees so high you really never know who youre gonna talk to as it almost always isnt the person you previously worked with. Imagine explaining your frustrations with 5 different people all of which have no clue to what was said previously. Fast forward 5 years- after leaving the property in good shape and waiting 45 DAYS for a deposit return (to get authorized by owner LOL) yep you guessed it, PENDING AUTHORIZATION. Give me a fn break. Dont be late on your rent even a day, they love to send out pending eviction notices- sometimes even when you pay on time! Surprise! Stay far, far, far away.

Beyond the poor management of facility needs, like rent processing, property care, internal communication, at least our place is pretty on the surface! Under the fresh paint is mold, water damage, oh, and i even found a few long black hairs painted into my bathroom wall to show me how little they cleaned prior to my move in. All of that aside our dryer has broken and needed replaced twice (each time we were given an old, less broken dryer, but STILL broken), broken disposal that was supposed to be fixed prior to move in, unclean apartment at move in, standing water in the washer on move in, broken window, and now BUGS! Im an overly clean type A and I just had to call about a roach we found after *I* proactively sprayed for fall bugs.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The only thing they care about concerning their properties are rent payments and associated fees. Communication within the office is atrocious and with tenants, its basically non existent. They are also incredibly callous and will enter your apartment at ANY time with no prior notice. AVOID IF POSSIBLE

Pretty Darn good management company! Ive used them for almost a decade at different properties weve owned around the Indianapolis area. Currently they manage about 75 units for us. Effective staff who can handle the issues that arise in property management, resourceful in solving problems, and strict with tenants when needed.

Run.. Far Away... very far if you can...You will regret every moment of the property managers and time wasted with them. They will lie to you, not fix anything, I called the health department, still no resolve, hell, it took me giving up, moving and saying, "bye". Take heed. Rent with caution...

They dont pick up the phone. They do not take care of maintenance in a timely manner. And when you finally escape, they do not give back your security deposit within the CONTRACTUAL 45 days. This place is awful.

If I could rate negative I would. The most unprofessional property manager I have ever encountered. Even maintenance is a joke, the techs dont even know how to fix the basics. Avoid!
