Express Fitness Prattville is my home away from home. If I could give it ten stars I would. I am in there typically 5-6 days a week and I have never felt more comfortable in a gym as I do here. Only positive experiences, great staff and fellow gym goers alike. Theres always someone willing to help you out if you need it.

The people working there are competent and helpful. The facility, albeit quaint, has a selection of machines and a decent rack of free weights. This place beats planet fitness any day. You definitely get what you pay for.
