I bought the upgraded membership for $20. Pros: Dirt cheap. They regularly clean the equipment. Most of the equipment is in good working order since its new. Its not as crowded as the Golds Cons: The only thing they play is Foxnews on the TVs. When I asked for something else, I got the local Fox channel added to the national cable station. Who knew that working out was a partisan thing? They limit you to 10 minutes on the black label stuff (massage tables, etc). Ten minutes is pointless. We all have to share equipment but 10 minutes isnt sharing, its making the equipment basically meaningless. It goes without saying the management are jerks. The two interactions I have had with them over the ten minutes thing and the foxnews thing pretty much speak for themselves. Upshot: Cant wait to cancel!

Planet Fitness has been a lifesaver for me. When I started I could barely lift any weight. I was not sure what to even do with myself or where to start. The staff at Hendersonville were wonderful and helpful. After taking classes with Natalie I feel 100% better. My muscles are noticeably better and I am lifting weight and doing exercises that a year ago would have been impossible. She is one of the best trainers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Plus she genuinely cares. The staff is also pleasant and welcoming. It feels like you are going to meet friends when you walk into the door. And when they say "no judgement" they mean it! Joining Planet Fitness was a great decision. Its the best gym experience I have ever had.

Honestly this is a great place for working out, 2 months ago I was a 65 yr old couch potato I didnt even know if I would stick with it, I just know I received a bad report from my yearly checkup, my Doctor gave me until Aug 22 to get my health under control or their is going to be high blood pressure and diabetes meds. I will give an update after my next visit. That said I look forward to going to my classes 3 days a week the other days I walk on the treadmill or some weight training, I feel better, my attitude is better, everyone that works their is so friendly, do yourself a favor and join, you cant go wrong.

The staff, as a whole and at all levels, is very professional, friendly, and helpful! I enjoy working out ad visiting the gym as a result of the staffs pleasant demeanor. They are always quick assist and happy and cheerful. They create a great work environment and interact as that of a family unit. Im always greeted with bright eyes and a smiling face and thanked for coming in and being a part of the Planet Fitness family. I couldnt see myself working out or having a membership anywhere else. Kudos to Robin and Glenna and the entre staff, especially the morning shift staff!

I literally dont understand how Planet Fitness is allowed to advertise "No Contract", when a contract is required. You must keep a payment form on file. I joined in October, paid the annual membership fee of 52 dollars in February, and cancelled when I moved to FL in March. They continued to charge me for three months, in addition to a 39 dollar cancellation fee. I literally had to change bank account to stop the bill from coming out of my account. Dont believe the "No Commitment" garbage, they operate just like every other gym and youll never get around the fine print.

My first few days I hated it! I left my small gym I loved when I moved. I thought I was just going to be another number, Im was so wrong! I can walk in and most of them know me by name and say hi as I walk in. I took a personal fitness class with one of the trainer ( I guess he left the next day) as I was trying to figure out how to work on if the machines Conner, the new trainer came up and asked if I wanted to take his class. I go to the gym 5 or 6 days a week and I try and take at least 6 classes every week! Im so glad I was wrong.

Good place to work out if you are on a budget. I must say it is always impeccably clean when I go there. They have an entire crew dedicated to keeping it spotless at night. The staff is alright, they dont really say much, although I do frequent during the night after 10 p.m. when most people are not talkative at the desk. There is lots of equipment (so you dont really have to wait for your turn) and they just got some new machines in that are pretty fun. Minus one star because of the outdated charging ports on the treadmills :P

This is one of the nicest gyms ive ever trained at. The staff there is very nice and they always keep the gym spotless. Ive never seen a broken machine there unlike some of the other gyms ive trained at. I feel like the trainer matt there goes above and beyond to show me proper form and technique and he definitely motivates me to push myself when im ready to give up. They have a ton of cardio equipment also which is awesome.

Super clean! Absolutely great facility! I am able to use the equipment to get in the best shape! Seriously! Its a large gym with lots of cardio and weights-free and nautilus. Would highly recommend. Showers are very clean/restrooms too. Great staff! Any issues they help take care of things. Great atmosphere to work out. This is probably the best all around gym Ive ever belonged to! 5 Stars!!!

Great place to work out. Staff is great and your dressing room is super clean. I believe fans are really lacking. I am used to a fan on every machine. The ceiling fans are good if you are right under them but is not it is way too hot on cardio machines. Someone needs to monitor the cell phone usage (talking) in machine area. All in all I am glad that I am a member here.

Planet Fitness rocks!! I love working out here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Theres plenty of equipment so youre not standing around waiting for someone to finish so you can have your turn. Ive NEVER felt judged or like I am in competition with anyone. And theyre open and staffed 24/7. Doesnt get much better than that!

I have been working out at Planet Fitness in Hendersonville for almost a year and really enjoy this place! The staff is awesome and they take really good care of the facility and the members. I get great workouts every time and never have to wait on equipment or space. I highly recommend Planet Fitness Hendersonville!

The staff and atmosphere at Planet Fitness are what makes this place better than Golds or any other gym in this area! The gym is always clean and spotless and Ive never seen a piece of equipment that was out of service. The staff is always super friendly, smiling, and accommodating to any request! This place rocks!

This gym is a very Great place to work out. There are a range of people that belong from the buff to those that are just starting. I always feel un- judged and very comfortable. The gym has a wide range of equipment and is kept clean. The staff is always welcoming, helpful and nice.
