This funeral home has no empathy for you at all after to pay them. They made two mistakes on my mothers deadth certficate and blamed it on me. I gave them the paperwork with all of the correct info on it. They still made two mistake. When I picked up the deadth certificate they said everyone has people who die. In other words suck it up and deal with it. They also got her birthday wrong in the funeral. OK they say it is my fault because I signed off on it. Excuse me? I was crying and greiving for my mother. After paying over $20,000 for my mother and my father just for the funeral alone, you would think they could have a little more empathy. So, at this point I call the health dept and then the coroner. The coroner told me the funeral home puts in the info about birth and social security number. Now I call them up and ask them to change it. Same thing. Thanks Serenity. I will remember how you talked to me and never ever use you again. I hope you know I plan to spread the word around on the intenet and to my family and friends. Maybe then you will understand the grief I am feeling. Thanks for all the empathy you have shown. (sarcasm)

I recommend this funeral home.. they was very polite and did excellent work on my father.. they have always helped us when we called...my father had cancer when he passed so he lost alot of weight when I saw him for the first time after he passed he looked like he was 40 years old and very handsome I also like the way they remember who you are even from 15 years ago they remember my father, my grandparents and my best Friend....

Mr. Randy, a gentleman who is a representative of Serenity, upon seeing my original post discussing my familys unhappiness, reached out to my mother. Mr. Randy was very kind, understanding and apologetic about how the staff mishandled the arrangement of my father. We were given a sincere apology as well as an amending of the situation. Recommend.

Some of the rudest and unprofessIonal people I have ever met! When my nephew brought coffee out of the break room, instead of being cordial they asked him, "Cant you read that sign?" Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go somewhere else.
