I am sorry to see the very poor condition this business is in. I had not been there for many years, but as life would have it, I attended a wake there in August of 2016. The furniture is filthy, the rugs are all worn and rolled up in spots, the stairs are unstable and the parking lot is too small for the size of the place. Above all, there is no handicap accessibility for those who need it. There is neither a lift or ramp to the chapels or to the family rooms on the lower lever. It was extremely difficult to navigate the walker my mother uses. It would seem to go without saying, that a large majority of the visitors may need these amenities. I know we did. With the amount of time Brust has been in business, as well as the costs of these final arrangements, one would certainly think a little of the margin would be put back in the building.
