They have taken care of several family members most important my MOTHER. Very sensitive to the emotional trauma of the final arrangements of your loved ones. Making my own arrangements with them so my family doesnt have to do this when my time comes.

This place is so old, horrible and the people there arent worth your time. There are so many better funeral homes in lake county. I would never choose this place. Horrible customer service. They dont answer the phones! DONT GO! SO OUTDATED!
