When my Aunt passed away last year we had a very difficult time choosing a funeral home, my Aunt had no prearrangements set and was currently living in Naperville. We went to many funeral homes in the Wheaton/Glendale Heights area but could not find one we were completely satisfied with and somehow ended up in Glen Ellyn. We stepped into the Leonard Memorial Home and right away were greeted with compassion and sympathy. The director was able to hear us out on our current situation and help us organize every detail down to the flowers we needed. We were not pressured into anything extra and were able to take our time figuring out what we needed. After the visitation (which accidently went on an hour longer than scheduled) the gentle man who worked that evening came up to us at the end and offered to close the door and give us (the family) a little extra time alone to say our goodbyes. We really appreciated that offer. The next day, after our Aunt’s service and Burial were completed, we were instructed to take our time coming back to the funeral home to gather our belongings and that the funeral home staff would take good care of everything we left behind until we returned. Our whole family was very grateful for everything Leonard Memorial Home did for us and we could not stress that enough to them. Thank you again for everything in our time of need.

The Leonard Memorial Funeral Home handled the funeral arrangements for my father, his cremation, and the interment of his ashes. They provided the guest book for the funeral service and "thank you" notes. They also arranged for the interment to be conducted with military honors. Everything they did was done very professionally and with great care and empathy. We were more than satisfied with their services.

I pre-arranged my mothers funeral at Leonard Memorial a few years back. During that process, they were compassionate and very knowledgeable, without any pressure, making a difficult situation much easier.. When the time came, they handled everything so seamlessly, and with the utmost care.
