I was wrongfully terminated in retaliation to a Shea Homes employee cussing at me. I was promised a vehicle and a company phone at hire. After almost a year Another employee who has been with the company who didn’t even need a vehicle and was leaving in a month was given one as well as a brand new employee who can’t even do the job. I never even received a company handbook after hire. When the Shea employee started cursing at me I left and called my super visor and the vp of Austin to explain what happenedIi was told “ok” and that was it. So I contacted Shea’s HR department and explained what happened. Then i let my super and the VP of Austin know what i did to resolve the matter. Im then told i shouldn’t have done that because the companies have channel they go through to handle these situations by the VP. The next morning I’m fired and told its because they think I’m unhappy with the company and because my position of quality control was eliminated from the company. When thats what my super has had me doing for him and others in the company are still doing the same work. Wrongful termination because of retaliation is against the law. But That won’t be explained by myself to Austins VP.

Terrible company to work for. Whatever there website says its all false. No drug testing no background checks . Most of the employees brag about drug abuse on job sites. Low wages make you drive you car everywhere and you pay out of pocket. Takes advantage of immigrant labor. Dont work here you have been warned!!

Customer service is not helpful. Dont use this company. I have wrong cable installed by this company in my home and now they dont want to take any responsibility. Awful people. Pulte home uses this company. Beware of scams...!!!
