I showed up at 6:30 AM to order breakfast and the drive through was still blocked off. We then proceeded to go to the front door and that was locked and there were employees inside stocking cups. I stood there knocking on the door for five minutes before the manager at the time answered and told me that they still would not be ready for another 10 minutes. If this restaurant does not want to be prepared at the time that they list they will be open (actually not even thirty minutes after their scheduled opening time) then I would suggest changing the opening time to 7:00 AM. We will be contacting the upper management today regarding our experience, this is unacceptable.

Ive been to other chik fil As and I must of hit this one on a bad night. Normally they are very attentive to customers. Not so tonight. Was never given napkins with my dine in meal. Empty tray with eaten food sat on my table for over 15min while my son played even though staff was walking around cleaning up. Never once offered to grab my tray. I remember hearing the president of Chik fil a talk about getting a sit down restaurant experience with a $5 price tag. She must of overlooked this store. Ill keep going to my normal one in the Biltmore since its close to my sons daycare and where we normally eat. Ill avoid this one in the future.

First time coming here, my wife, daughter and I came here after driving around 20 mins trying to find a good place to eat that was fast. And Boy were they fast! Consider being a new customer we didnt know what to order so as we finally told the cashier our order after barely sending the order back and swiping my card another girl brings the food as Im sipping my card to pay. It was Amazing tasted great and everything was clean and very tasty. Would highly recommend.

They have gave me the wrong order the last 3 times. I ordered a dr. Pepper they verbally recited my order while I was paying but they gave me an ice-t . I literally had to stop at a circle k and get a drink. 2nd time I ordered a 4ct nuggets meal for my toddler for some reason gave me grilled nuggets, which she wouldnt eat. 3rd time I asked for large fries and was charged for large but I received regular size. Always check your food before you leave.

Love chick-fil-a but this location is the worst. Went there 2 days ago looking forward to my "cheat day" but it was sooooo not worth it. Ordered small fries and they filled it up half way, there were literally 4 fries, and the chicken sandwich was soggy and cold as if it was sitting a long while. Next time will drive 15 extra minutes to the Dysart and McDowell location.

As per usual, Chic-fil-a had the best customer service on the market currently available. I got my everyday service from the counter but there was a friendly young gentlemen from the kitchen, I believe his name to be John, who kindly was able to help me when I had a few questions about changes being made. He was very polite and had a smile on his face the whole time.

Had a fantastic experience! We were traveling home from Glendale, and ready to get on the road. THe service was fast, friendly, and gave us a great feeling about the company. They even gave us an extra chicken sandwich! This is clearly a great company. I am a business owner and will definitely emulate their customer service. Thank you for taking care of us!

Chick-fil-A is always Delicious, but this location is poorly staffed they forgot to hand me a receipt and on several occasions forgot to give me a vital component in my order! I recommend you take the extra time to go to the Chick-fil-A on Dysart their staff is always very friendly and they have never messed up my order.

Horrible customer service! The woman taking orders gave me attitude, and an African American kid (I believe his name was John) SPIT IN MY FOOD! Right........in front.......of my face. I demanded to speak to the manager who would allow such conduct but he kicked me out and would not let me back in! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!

My boyfriend and i walked in 30 minutes before closing and we received a really bad attitude from Esmeralda. I felt as if she was annoyed because of the time we walked in. She didnt welcome us or look at us in the eye as she spoke. She was rolling her eyes as she read back our order. Very disappointed. Never going back.

Will be going to a different location from now on. Handsy employee named Gigi would not stop touching our 9 month old. She was not given our consent to do so. Future advice for anyone who works with customers: dont touch their kids! People do not like that.

Wonderful customer service. My hands were full with a fiesty and hungry 17 month old. The staff held the door open for us upon arrival and helped us to our seat with our food and drinks. They even santize wiped the table for us. Very very much appreciated

Chick-Fil-A is an awesome alternative to the usual fast food. Friendly, blazin fast service with food that is always hot and on point. My personal favorite is the Chicken Nugs, amazing choice for both kids and adults. Dont for the Chick-Fil-A sauce!!!

Do I even need to elaborate? The staff is awesome every time I come here; they even gave me a free upgrade since they were out of medium-sized cups. The drive-thru stays packed so if youre in a hurry Id suggest going inside.

Chick-fil-A doesnt really need a Google review. It sells itself. This particular location is very nice though. There were fresh flowers on the tables and it was clean. It was fast food but it felt a little more upscale.
