You know what to expect when you go to a chain restaurant. The foods good not great and the same with everything else, that is unless you go to Tooeles "Costa Vida". The food is great and the friendly service is even better, because they are willing to give you what you want even if its not exactly specified on the menu. Like for example corn not flour tortilla on a burrito, wow is good if only for a change. Yea corn tortillas are smaller but they use more than one to make it equivalent, and if you want gluten free you can have that too. Its a lot like being able to step behind the counter and mix up something you know would be great. If you need a suggestion for something different just ask. You might find something you like at say Café Rio but soon you will be tired of it and then what, go to Café Rio and have what you really want. The prices are also amazingly reasonable.

I want to give a huge shout out to Sherrie and Paige! !!! These two made what could have been a bad experience into such a awesome one! I visit this location a few times a month. ( I have a small addiction) I normally call in and do a pick up order or order directly. Today I decided to switch things up and order on line. Most likely will never do that again. When I went to pick my order up it didnt get placed fully. Paige was able to see how much I owed and that I placed the order but no details. Lucky for me the staff here rocks! Yes, I had to wait but Sherrie sat down with me and found out what I needed and got right on making it. My rating for the on line system is a 1 but my rate for the staff 10. Thanks so much for making one of my favorite places to eat even better with a great staff!

usually pleased with the service and food from this location but after tonight, I dont think I will return. I just paid close to $20 for two burritos and each one is about the size of a .99 burrito from Taco Bell. They skimped on the food so bad that the guy making it actually unfolded the tortilla a little to make it look bigger. There was about a tablespoon off rice, a quarter spoon of beans, and less than a half a pinch of meat. I made several comments and was either ignored or told they would have to charge me extra! The only reason I didnt walk out was because they moved my wife ahead to pay right away. Sorry Costa Vida but you have lost my loyalty to the Cafe Rio next door, or really any other mexican restaurant in the area.

I would reccomend this place if you are in the mood for really good mexican food. There nachos are the main thing me and my boyfriend usually go for, but we also have had there Raspberry Chipolte chicken salad, along with there sweet pork burritos. There employees are really friendly, and they work really hard. Me and my boyfriend do enjoy coming to Costa vida when we are in the mood for mexican food thanks you too all the Costa Vida employees, I really highly recommend coming to this place for tourists, and locals.

We went during dinner service and the staff was completely unprepared. They were out of chicken and steak and I was told it would be a 20 - minute wait on more steak. I ordered chicken instead and by the time that was done, my husbands nachos were cold and soggy. And my chicken was burnt and tasted like charcoal. The restaurant is also running Windows XP on all of their computers, which is outdated and a security risk, possibly to customers credit card info. We will not be returning here again.

Ive loved this location for the last couple years but was very unhappy the last couple of times. The employee did one little scoop of meat and went to put another scoop but thought better of it and put it back. Also charged me a side salad because I asked him to put some extra Pico on it for my pregnant wife. Then charged me for fajita vegetables on my salad which theyve never done. Sad because I always liked costa a lot more than cafe rio

My husband and I love Costa Vida. The food is always fresh and good. Generally we get the salads which are huge. They have the whole wheat tortillas for my husband. He likes the Chipotle chicken salad with mango and I like the sweet pork with the house dressing. Bit is made to order so you watch and its perfect evertime. All of employees have been very helpful and kind.

Its really expensive for the portions and what you expect to receive for that price. Honestly if you eat here you arent in it for the authentic mexican anyways so save yourself some cash and go to del taco or taco bell. 2 tacos the size of my ha d for 9 dollars plus drink, no thanks I will pass. Also if you dine in good luck finding a clean spot to sit.

Ive ate at this costa vida and I have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the past few years. Fast and extremely friendly service. Fresh all the time! I eat here on a regular basis and they always remember the food I like. Best costa vida in the world!

This is one of the most accommodating places to eat. Ive never heard any kind of fuss when being told someone is gluten intolerance. The employees quickly wash thier hands and change there gloves and proceed to make the order with a smile. I love Costa Vida.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was good. I wish they had more side options other than beans and rice, but they did let me substitute chips and salsa. The employees were very friendly and helpful, as this was my first visit to Costa Vida.

Their sweet pork, grilled steak, and horchata are so much better than Cafe Rio. And so is their service. The tres leches is addicting. I tried out their new steak fajita quesadilla and fell in love immediately.

Costa Vita has really worked to make the atmosphere a little more up-to-date. The food is good although not quite at the same quality as Cafe Rio. They make the food fast and everyone is always really friendly.

It seems that all of these place are pretty much the same. they are all good but i think that i prefer Costa Vida over the others. This locations has always been good.

I had a steak smothered burrito. The steak seemed pretty old and 10 hours later I have some pretty bad food poisoning. Keep up on food safety please!

Portion size has gone way down. I used to prefer this to Cafe Rio but not anymore. I gave two stars because customer service is good
