Edit: Something happened multiple times :/ Used to eat here, no exaggeration, like 40+ times per month, hundreds spent per month. Then last 10x the food was as if it had been completely submerged under oil and someone had it squeezed like a sponge, then let it go while under so it sucked up oil filling it completely. Like eating an oily sponge so I got pretty unlucky. They also accidentally gave me someones order that apparently hadnt picked up for whatever reason and so it was sitting there for maybe about an hour, but could have been more or less time; just trying to describe the taste of the food the last times I went in. Used to look forward to eating there, now the name of the place sounds really unenticing. I thought I just got tired of eating there so much but then yesterday I went to a different location and the sandwich was extremely well made and tasted really good. I instantly realized it after the first bite and it made me go from being super disgusted and not hungry even thinking about chick-fil-a when deciding to eat, to actually looking forward to eating there again. So Im not sure if maybe theres a new manager or supervisor thats making a mistake with storing the chicken or Something? I dont know but theyve tasted really bad and soaked in oil since 2 months ago. After one day when I spent money for a really big order and the entire order was bad, I never ate there again and never wanted to again. I actually even ate at McDonalds once instead of there thats how bad it was. But Im thinking its probably an honest mistake from some new supervisor or manager with food storage Maybe? Maybe theyre directing the food to be prepared in a way that ruins it by mistake? Maybe Ive just gotten the unlucky lottery every time and yesterday I finally won and never will again? I dont know but Id really suggest someone look at the chicken and how its being stored and prepared and stuff and see whats wrong possibly because I actually loved chick-fil-a before that. Every food place makes mistakes like that and bad batches but everywhere thats happened Ive Never ever gone to eat there again and I wish Chick-fil-a fixed the issue because I lost a lot of money cumulatively to bad batches of food that I received

VERY UPSETTING....ughhh...so I have been to this location a few times and EVERY time has been a let down. For starters, it seems like the staff although friendly, is VERY immature. In the few times I have gone I have seen instances ranging from moderate bickering to talking about getting another fellow employee fired..however my last visit really spoiled everything. I went through the drive through for breakfast around 9:45 am, and there was a total of 3 cars, including mine, in this line. Despite the low volume of customers the line took 30 minutes to get through. When we finally got to the window to pay and collect our TWO sandwiches they said it would be a couple more minutes because they were waiting on the biscuits...ok.....so I pulled off into the parking lot to wait and that couple minutes turned to over ten minutes...so nearly an hour for two small sandwiches... and to top it off when I got home they got BOTH of the orders wrong. Actually giving me a much cheaper product than I had ordered...so I pretty much got robbed by this place. The items they gave me in place of my order looked so unappetizing that I fed mine to the dogs. I tried to contact them but they didnt answer the phone and I have yet to receive an email regarding the return of my money. From now on if the wife wants it Ill stick to the one in Arrowhead..if you want pricey fast food seved by a bunch of clueless gossip kids go to the one in Surprise. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE...and since I cant get a hold of anyone youre welcome for the forced donation ******

Chick-fil-a is a fast food place and sit down restaurant all in one nice structure. Although Chick-Fil-A has overall high quality food, there are also some minor flaws. For example, the radio station played Christian music over the radio. Not that I was offended (Quite the opposite, actually), but because of this, the restaurant does not fully appeal to those of other religions. One more thing that might not appeal to the average customer is the amount of calories in the deserts. Shockingly, the calories in their delicious shakes range from an astounding 710 to 790, more than even their adult size meals have. That is very interesting coming from a restaurant claiming to be one of the healthiest. Setting this aside, though, the restaurant has an overall great health appeal without the sacrifice of great tasting food. Its atmosphere is quaint and humorous because of it’s family-friendly staff and famous cow posters. The servers have never messed up even the tiniest parts of my order, showing its reliability. For those who really thirsty or too cheap to get a drink elsewhere will be happy to know that their spirited staff offers free refills on any drink. Their superb menu ranges from a low $2.00 to $10.00. Altogether, Chick-fil-a is a fine place to dine. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to go with their families or just a meal that fills you up for less.

Chick-Fil-A Do you like chicken and chicken sandwiches? Well, then you should go to Chick-Fil-A! The chicken nuggets are simply scrumptious! Chick-Fil-A may be fast food, but it is good. They have a humorous slogan. “Eat More Chikin’!” it usually shows a cow holding a sign that says it on various areas in the restaurant. The service is good, if by good service you mean how fast you get the food. You get the food in just 5-10 minutes! In my opinion, the chicken nuggets, chicken strips, and chicken sandwiches are delicious! There is no entertainment, however there is a kids area and every once in a while there is a kid event. The prices for the food range from $.75 for a biscuit to $6.75 for a Chicken Caesar Cool Wrap Combo and a Spicy Chicken Cool Wrap Combo. Seating is a booth or a chair. You cannot go outside and eat, however there is a drive-thru. It opens fairly early but it is closed on Sunday for family reasons. In my opinion, the one in surprise gets 5 stars from me. T has good food and has a good atmosphere and overall is a great place! So if you want good food, fast, go to Chick-Fil-A. And remember, EAT MORE CHICKIN!

Visited this location on Thursday, August 15, 2013. Very welcoming and clean atmosphere. WiFi!--ideal for lunch or study breaks. Crystal and Stephanie were very friendly and accomodating when I was given the wrong order on mistake! Balloons for the kids and a tidy play place, all things considered of course, for them to burn off some energy! The new manager seems nice--overheard him discussing plans for upcoming kid-friendly events, including a "Father Daughter Dinner"! I know Chick-Fil-A is nothing fancy, but most children eat chicken, french fries, and ice cream, so as far as the food is concerned its a perfect venue! Overall: "You wont spend a lot of money, the food is great, and if you like chicken n taters...Im sure youll clean your plate!" Lol :-)

The people here are absolutely wonderful! Not to mention the food (Ive always loved Chick Fil-A). But what sets this location apart from the rest is you can tell that they truly put a lot of thought into their approach on customer service. Its a well thought out plan that makes a world of difference for their customers: everything from pleasant smiles, to a beautiful interior, fresh food, to balloons and a play area for children! They anticipate your every need here, better than most table service restaurants do. Keep up the good work you guys! God Bless You.
