Came into your restaurant and not one employee was at the ready at the counter because they were cleaning up the joint! Every employee was on cleanup duty an hour and a half before closing at 8:30pm! And when I say cleanup, Im talking about moving your heavy kitchen equipment and cleaning behind it. Your employees are doing the major cleanup during service of customer time instead of after closing, when your supposed to. I know whats going on, trying to get all of your major cleaning on my time so you can go home, or to the club, as soon as you turn off the lights! An employee did come over and serve me, but he was distracted. Later while I was sitting down and eating I heard what I deem to be the manager call for counter service. There were three customers waiting to be served and no one met them when they walked in. I see this at other restaurants, its epidemic! If I walk into your Chic Fil-A and encounter this scenario again, Im turning around and walking out! I wont say a word, Ill just take my business elsewhere. I like your food, and in Texas I always had superior service with one exception, but what Im expecting is perfectly reasonable so its up to you!

I like Chick-fil-A , often eat here when near one. Like what the company stands for, and their customer service. Thank you for the free sandwich today, for breakfast this morning. This is the 2nd time I go to this Chick-fil-A I live near this one . But I probably will not go back. This place is new, not to old , has plenty of workers. But it was so dirty, starting with the outside, the entrance, the area where condiments , the tray I was given my food on, it was scary to touch it, the table I sat at was dirty , not just needing wiping, but more. The window I was looking out to a great view of the Palm Trees was dirty. WOW, So sorry to experience that , I was excited to see it being build. But I guess I will go to the one in Surprise and the others the stay to the standards of the Company, I have been a customer since the 90s. Just moved here.

The food, staff and actual seating area were great. However the play area was my problem. It was so small and although it says its designed for children under 3 my 2 year old, who is in the 98% couldnt get to the top to play. Not only that, there wasnt enough seats for the parents to sit and watch their children, 4 parents could sit comfortably anymore and its crowded, so as a result children under 5 are playing unsupervised. We ended our visit early because my child was struck by 2 different children at 2 different times. Where were the parents? Im not sure because the sitting area in the play place was full of other parents who could sit and watch. I know this location cant fix the problem themselves, however they can relay my concerns to the corporate office. I worked at a chick fil a so I know they can.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. I am Military and have been to over 100 country wide. Food was cold like it had been made way before it was ordered and was sitting out. My toddler was greeted in the play area by trash all over the ground and dirt lining all surfaces of the jungle gym structure. When asked if they would clean the manager Colton shrugged and said OK. Part of the trash was haphazardly picked up and nothing wiped down. Dining room was littered with trash and several tables were vacated and uncleaned. The staff was nice enough at the register to order from but a smile is about all you can expect from this location. ITS WORTH THE DRIVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION, THERE ARE SEVERAL WITHIN THE WEST PHOENIX AREA. TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET YOUR VISIT.

This Chick-fil-A is the best!! I had just picked up my car from the repair shop.. and went to this Chick-fil-A on Dysart and Mcdowell and in the drive thru my clutch on my car went out again! Thankfully no one pulled in behind me and I had to push my car out of the drive. I went inside, proceeded to order dinner to go and Called the tow truck. The young man and the manager started talking, the next thing I knew, the cost of my dinner was refunded to me and they wished me a better night side my evening was going downhill fast! Thank you so much! I will defiantly continue my patronage at this Chick-fil-a!!!!!!!

I went in there for lunch today. April 1st 2015. I order my food. Upon payment it gets declined saying "card expired". My chase debit card expired 3/15 (yesterday) . I had no other form of payment so me and my co worker sit down and one of the associates (tall blonde hair girl) didnt catch her name brought me food over and said it was on them. The food was excellent and was even more impressed by their service. This was my first time ever having chick fil a and definitely will not be my last. Very happy. Great service from a quick serve place. I will be writing into there corporate to sing there praises.

7pm went thru drive thru bought a chicken sandwich for my dinner... at the Chik Fil A on Dysart, drove 1 mile home... soggy bun, cold chicken. Called manager - he was unapologetic and stated the sandwiches can stay in the "shute" for up to 1/2 hr and if mine was cold and soggy it must have been overlooked. They do not TELL the PAYING customer that the chicken sandwich that one THINKS is freshly made - could have been sitting around for so long. Never going there again - if I could give them 0 stars I would - I am so angry at these idiots.....

Yesterday evening my 3 kids mom and grandmother ate at your establishment. Their were 3 kids meals, chicken salad sandwich and 2 salads consumed. By 8pm my oldest son and grandmother had start throwing up and having the runs. And then by 11 my mom was doing the same thing . My youngest son started throwing up and having accidents at 4am. I am now nauseous. The baby 1 year old is the only one who wouldnt eat any of the food. And is the only one who is okay... All I have to say is thank you for the food poisoning and we wont be back.

Food was good. Dining room dirty. Tuesday afternoon, not busy. Almost every table needed wiping. Food portions are small and criss cross fries are cold. Male cashier acted like a robot. Ask for garlic ranch. Love that dressing. They dont keep it by the ketchup. Forgot to mention, womens restroom is filthy. Water and papers all over floor. Even panels on the stall doors were dirty. So gross. I wont dine at this particular location again. (Lowered my rating, too)

It used to be SO good here, but now the breaded sandwiches usually are mostly inedible chicken, the side salads usually have barely any salad in them, and entree salads have an ounce or so of lettuce, and considering the the cost, they could actually manage to put some lettuce in them and the fries are usually cold. We usually drive over to the one over at 99th and McDowell now, theyre usually A LOT better. Every time we forget and go here, we regret it.
