It seems this location has been a Panera for almost a year now, but still has no delivery, rapid pick-up, or table service online ordering. Do they even have tablets to order from at that location? I prefer ordering through technology at these locations due to my item customizations. This is the closest one to my hotel, but I dont want my day to get worse with a wrong item or long wait. I read reviews complaining that there was no cookie with the meal, but Ive never been to a Panera that offered that. Im vegan, so would not eat that, and would hate to have that factored into the price of the meals anyway. Luckily the sides are vegan and friendly for most other diets. After my visit on June 17th, I dont have anything negative to say about the staff or the wait time. The set up is not like a Panera and watching the food being prepared in front of me was not expected. I have no problem coming here again and not having an order placed ahead of time.

I like to come to Paradise Bakery occasionally because I like the food there and find that you get a lot of it for your $$. This last time we went I tried a salad that I havent had before and I am in LOVE with it! I had the chinese citrus cashew with chicken salad and a cup of turkey chilli. While the turkey chilli was a bit bland, the salad was everything and then some! It is a perfect blend of fresh and sweet. My husband had a 1/2 roasted turkey, apple & cheddar sandwich and a cup of creamy tomato soup. He liked the sandwich but didnt like it falling apart constantly - too messy to eat, but loved the creamy tomato soup. He had a bag of chips and a soda with his mean and I had baguette and a water. The portions are HUGE, no way is their "cup of" a actual cup and the half salad sized are really big too. For $23-ish dollars I cannot complain.

According to Panera Breads website, Veterans Day Specials were going to be offered at all of their affiliates. My uncle and I went to Paradise Bakery & Cafe to get the special they had been offered from seven to nine AM. They were busy so we went back to our vehicle and called the store to confirm the address and confirm the bakerys affiliation with Panera. We were told that they were affiliated with Panera. We asked if the Veterans special was applied and the young lady who answered the phone said she would speak to the manager. She was told by the manager that they were not offering Veterans day special. I feel that this was false advertising. They should make it clear which locations offer the Veterans day specials and stick to what they advertise. I am not likely to come back and give them our business.

The food for the most part was good. However, the people working here, save for one gentleman that was making the salads, were horrid and very standoffish. There where 5 count em FIVE larger tables the were empty and yet had a mountain of dishes and trash on each one. Sorry Paradise your not worth my time or anybody elses. EPIC FAIL :/

Had a cobb salad with chicken. All ingredients were fresh and delicious. Staff was courteous and when I was finished, an employee pleasantly collected my dishes for me without me having to ask. Whatever issues other users experienced were not present at my visit. I will be back to this location!!!

Waited for 10 min to be waited on, ordered a salad on the menu, they told me they didnt have half of the ingredients. Then I asked about the autum squash soup and they had no idea what the ingredients were or if it had dairy. Disappointed in the help and knowledge of product .

This Panera was ok. Service was pretty slow. The messed up on my salads because they didnt listen to what kind of salad I wanted. Besides that it wasnt that bad. Atmosphere is nice. The wifi is really fast. It is a good place to come to get a coffee and a pastry.

Miss the old paradise bakery and cafe. Panera breads menu isnt as diverse as its predecessor and one thing that I wish Panera bread carried over from paradise is the cookie that came with a any meal. Now they only give cookies to kids meals.

Good servic and delicious soup and half chicken apple sandwich. Great bear claw to take home! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the ordering process is a little confusing! Although the end result was very pleasing~

So disappointed that my local Paradise Bakery is now a corporate Panerai. No more cookies with the meal. Menu items just gone. Soup served without the garnish. Sad that after so many years of coming here that I wont be coming back.

Terrible service at this location. Staff is rude and have bad attitudes. The place stinks like rotten eggs. Servers dont know how to prepare what is on the menu. The food is not fresh at all. Dont go to this location its terrible .

Clean restaurant/bakery. Good espresso. Electric outlets at many booths and tables and FREE WIFI. I think this has been converted into Panera Bread now, but my experience is Panera Bread remodels and makes them even better.

Very friendly and timely. Seems like the portions are small for the prices. 2 people with half portions of soup and salad was $20 and and still hungry but that isnt on the staff.

This place was dirty compare to others I have been to. They where out of several ingredients for some of the salads. Found hair in my salad. Yuck. Wont be back to this one.
