Went to Chipotle and i left a little disappointed. Chipotle has always been known for it slightly larger portions, but this time it was not the case. This time, i got extremely small portions and i didnt get everything I ordered. I ordered it this time online and i regretted it. At least if i was there i could have made sure they put everything i said instead of trusting their word. Its not Chipotle that has the problem, its just this one location. If you are in the mood for Chipolte, just take an extra 10mins and go to another location. The food overall was still good which is at least a good thing. Thats why its 3 stars for this location.

My least favorite Chipotle. Constantly slow. Last time I ordered ahead by internet, showed up 10mins past time & they still didnt have my order ready. Time before that they dropped barbacoa juice all in the sofritas. Time before that they ran out of guac on my first bowl & didnt have any for my 2nd. Time before that they didnt have guac at all. This time I went I was in line for 16 minutes before I got up to order only for them to say they were waiting on chicken... another 8 minutes. I dont know who manages & trains these people. The girls didnt even know what a ramakin is. Horrible chipotle.

NO MORE CHIPOTLE FOR ME....I went to this location because it was a live place to ear n the manager Bubba made it always.feel like home n now the fired him n idk why well let me tell u the new girl sucks she's rude n racest... I'm not guna.b content til sum justices is done from what I heard they got rid of Bubba because they were jelious of his greatness n yes he's an awesome guy n don't deserve this .... This is the worst Chipotle ever, the workers are so dumb founded , i want to meet the manger, because these people are the definition of stupidity. There was a worker who finshed his shift early that day and he was behind the counter touching things without gloves. I find it very disgusting and the lady that handles the tortillas kept ripping them she at least went through 5 before making my burrito. Then the lady at the register was talking to someone and not even paying attention to me and my dad. This is a horrible place to eat.

This place has gone to garbage since they lost the managers that actually kept the shifts together, now all the employees just hangout out at the register and talk and make you wait for their conversation to end before you can pay, employees are very rude to the customers, and just laugh at you when they can tell that your waiting for them to leave so you can pay, they gotta bring their old managers back or at least get a gm thats gonna actually work with the employees to bring this place back to its prime.

I Love chipotle but this location did not step up. Went inside 15 minutes before closing and they were out of Sofritas which is the easiest & quickest to make & everything else. If youre going to be open till 10 then deliver what you promise. The worker basically told me they were closed, which I find ridiculous because if you walk into a restaurant 15 minutes before closing they will seat you and take your order. Dont waste your time coming here close to closing.

Came here twice. They cut back on the meat for tacos. Both times the tacos did not have meat in the outer inch of the shells. It sounds petty, but when I asked if they could put meat to fill in the taco they said they would have to charge for extra meat. Other locations dont follow this half portion rule. I would not suggest getting tacos from this location. For whatever reason, they leave all 3 tacos with about 1x1 inch of meat. Not very satisfying.

What happened here? We used to love this location and visited frequently the last three times we have gone have been a disaster. It seems like no one is in charge. We can get asked the same question several times they forgot toppings on one Barito added extra toppings on another burrito and it just seems chaotic. It will be a while before we visit again and wont recommend it to anyone we know.

Slower to fill orders then the chipotles Im used to but the staff behind the counter was very nice! Some guy that must work their got to order anything he wanted and got free drinks. I know this because he got to cut in front of me. Out side of that it a good experience. They would get another star if I wasnt cut in front of.

I have been to this chipotle several times as I work close to it. Others have stated they are stingy with their portions which is true. The biggest complaint I have is that they are sloooooooooow! This is unacceptable. There is always plenty of staff but no urgency when the line is long. Not a 3.9 star establishment.

I love Chipotle but this location sucks! They always have a line to the door. Ive gone twice, both times around 1:30 or 2. They either need more people working or faster people. This location is conveniently close to me but I wouldnt go back because the line moves too slow. Nobody has time for that.

Isnt necessarily the place to go for authentic Mexican food. What is nice about Chipotle is like a few other restaurants, you really get the option to control your portion size and what goes in your food. The only downside to this location as parking to be tricky sometimes so be forewarned for that.

Ive ordered online a few times, always asking for light sour cream. I dont know if they just cant read the "Special Instructions", or they just dont want to but, they always add extra. I brushed it off but, come on. Every time? I love Chipotle, but there, no longer going to this location.

The food here was disgusting. The beans were watered down, the chicken was burnt, in the other dish the steak was so chewy after a couple of minutes i had to spit it out. They also seriously dont even know how to wrap a burrito it completely fell apart. I wont be coming here anymore.

Not a single hairnet is sight on none of the employees and majority of them are women with long hair and the server was being greedy with the rice bean and steak the restaurant management outta unfuck this place seriously never coming to this location again place is trash

Its always cold inside, during winter I dont know whats worse, to sit inside or outside.... Not actually that bad but it feels like it sometimes. Great food, great service just seams like they are always out of a soda product and tables can be a little dirty sometimes.

Friendly efficient staff but food was not as good as Ive had at other locations. Beans undercooked and pico de gallo was basically just diced tomatoes without onion or cilantro etc. Disappointing. Took it to go so I couldnt give them a chance to correct unfortunately

The worst experience ever this is the last time I go to this location. The girl preparing my food was super rude the cashier had to apologize for her. I was so embarrassed all I asked for was extra red sauce I was willing to pay I did not ask for anything free.
