I came here for the first time a while back because my husband got me a gift certificate for my birthday. I am natural blonde and basically wanted something similar to high-lo lights,but more drastic.I showed the stylist a photo of what I was wanting.Well guess what.My hair turned out blue-ish gray and they REFUSED to fix it because I became unprofessional with them.Wouldnt you be upset if your hair turned out blue-gray? they were very unapologetic and didnt care at all. Of all places,wal-mart salon on germann/Gilbert rd fixed my hair at a low cost because they felt sorry about what A New U Day Spa had did to me.I had to have my hair bleached in order to fix it.Of course bleaching ruins your hair.My hair was flat,dull with a ton of breakage for a couple years after this happened.I have been told by several stylists that I can basically plan on never dying my hair again because of the bleach treatment that HAD to be done.Stay far far away from this place!For all services!This situation is not recent,but now I finally had a chance to tell everyone how this horrible place really is. Report this to the B.B.B?bet your butt I did.

(I would have given aa 2.5) I received a Spa finder and was looking for the most bang for my buck... basically I got what I paid for. The spa was in a strip mall and I shouldnt have a had high expectations. The building wasnt as clean and crisp as a resort but again, its in a stip mall. I filled out paperwork and waited to be taken back. The staff was dressed in sweats and if youre not outspoken youll get lost in the shuffle. I was pleasantly escorted to a bathroom that had a dresser with locks and keys, different. I was there for 5 hours and during the hours I was waxed, massaged, received a facial and mani/pedi. All my sevices totalled 205. Great price but not at all fancy. Overall if youre looking for or are used to a 5 star resort, this is NOT for you. If youve never been to a spa, you may pleasantly enojy this experience. I thought it was ok, again I got what I paid for. Good luck!

I have not gone to this day spa. I tried to schedule an appointment online through the website and had some problems. I then, called the spa several times and no one answered the phone, I finally left a message. I left my information, the service I would like and the day and times I would prefer. I never heard back from this spa. I am very disappointed, I was trying to plan a couples massage for my husband and myself for his birthday. They either need to hire more staff or check their voicemail on a regular basis. First impressions are everything.

Heather is an amazing and intuitive massage therapist. She can find that monkey fist in my back and melt it like butter. She is sweet and friendly and very very talented. When I leave I always feel relaxed and invigorated at once. She cares and it is obvious that it makes her happy to help people. The new streamlined facility is attractive, and spotless. I will follow her anywhere!

I am very surprised by all the positive reviews. This place is unorganized. The prices on their website are all wrong and they have yet to answer the phone or return my calls. I was able to make one appointment online. When I got there I was disappointed. I was told I had self esteem issues when I asked how to get rid of black heads. This place is a joke. I will never go back.

HATED THIS PLACE I CANT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ITS A CHEAP STRIP MALL. VERY DIRTY THE OWNER IS THIS LADY WALKING AROUND LIKE SHE HAS NO CLUE . THE PEDICURE CHAIR DOES NOT WORK THE JETS ARE BROKEN I IT WAS SO DIRTY THE LADY DOING HAIR A BLONDE ;LADY WAS TALKING ABOUT EVERY BODY. .WOW AVOID !!!!!! I love coming here. The staff is very professional and makes you feel at home when you come in. I go there for massage and hair and my wife gets her nails done by Rhiannon. We have been to other places for massage, hair, and nails and this is the best we have been to for all 3! Very happy to be a client here and will continue to be for as long as I can.
