I have been a patient of Dr. Jyoti Patel for over 8 years and have watched her patient growth increase ten-fold....is it any wonder we must now be patient and wait our turn. As her patient, you never feel that she is rushing through your appointment....she is very patient and attentive to your needs and concerns...and address each one in detail. Her knowledge and "bedside manner" is impeccable! I am no longer a resident of Fountain Hills, and now reside in Westbrook Village, Peoria, AZ....but the distance I drive is nothing in comparison to the care I receive from Dr. Jyoti Patel.

Dr. Patel is the most thoughtful, caring, knowledgable, empathetic doctor you will ever find. When you are in her office, she treats you like you are the only patient that exists to her. She is very thorough and the visit is over not when the clock says it is, but when all issues have been addressed. It is hard to get in to see her because she is so popular, so book ahead, and also expect to wait sometimes when you get there (because she takes her time with other patients as well), but she is worth the wait!!! I have never had a doctor like her before, she is very special.

if dr. patel doesnt know the answer she will know where to direct. this doctor is an exceptional quarterback for your care. i am lucky, blessed and just happy i found a doctor with a huge heart and a great staff. she has programs that are needed for a well balanced life! i have been a medical professional for over 15 years and i do not impress easy. dr. jyoti patel is concerned about her patients and it shows. you are not a number there. doc and her staff treat the whole person!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Patel for several years. She and her staff are genuinely caring and really take the time to listen. Yes, if you have a late morning appointment you will wait, but thats to be expected when someone really listens to what you have to say and doesnt shoo you out. Her PA is also great and was very thorough as well. She has a paperless office and looks at what other doctors send her so she can coordinate care.

I called for an appointment. Curtly told by receptionist that mid-July was 1st available date. (over 2 months away) Never asked reason for appointment; no suggestions nor help offered. Conversation over. Fountain Hills is a small town, with the kindnesses of a small town most appreciated by residents. The response by this office was not commensurate with this towns demeanor. Very disappointing.

As an RN ,I have definitely seen "the good, the bad & the ugly" throughout my career.I have been a pt. of Dr. Patel for a number of years and have never been disappointed in her, as I have been with various others.She is extremely knowledgeable,kind,and thorough.Recently ,her actions revealed a major,potentially life-threatening condition in my husband which specialists had missed.Best.Dr. Ever.

Dr. Joyte Patel is one of the most caring and informative Doctors I have ever been to see. She saw me immediately when xrays showed I had a mass on my lungs. She made sure I had the proper tests for a diagnosis and referred me to excellent specialists. I have a supreme confidence in her as a Doctor and caregiver along with her very qualified staff.
