Completely astonished by my last experience at Oriental Foot Spa. I have been a customer for years. Had a long, tedious weekend and desperately needed a treatment. Funds are low, as I am currently moving, so both my wallet and body are strained. I love how theyre open late so was excited to find out I still had plenty of time for a 90 minute session. I also remembered a that I had a 20% off card for any reflexology and detox session, as presented by my job. They refused to take it. Said I had the wrong business, even though the name and address on the coupon matched exactly. The woman tried to get me to lie down and I felt that wasnt appropriate since we hadnt settled the price situation before services. She again denied the coupon as her business and said she would call the owner. He spoke to me over the phone, and without seeing the coupon, also refused to accept it, and proceeded to argue with me by phone. I wanted to stay. And give them money. But not after being insulted and denied. I calmly walked out, and will not be returning nor referring friends there, as I have done for years. What a disappointment. I have two punch cards that are almost full, perhaps I will just go for free treatments, unless they deny their own punchcards as well. Apparently they would rather take zero dollars than honor a valid voucher for discounted services. Such is life!

These folks are great! Between me and my girlfriend, probably have been here 12 times! Not sure where the last review came from as a full hour is only $45 and well worth it! This place is professional and clean!

Bill is awesome, but the ladies are wonderful as well. So clean and very kind people, relaxing and I always feel better afterwards. Ive been so many times and keep returning. $30.00 for 1 hr. So worth it.
