THIS PLACE SUCKS, This place was absolutely horrible and the worst service ever. They lady that did my nails did not listen to a word I said and they were so uneven I had to tell her to go back and fix them, she burned all of my fingers with the drill thing, she was pushing my cuticles back and was so rough my fingers were cut when I was finished. I go get my nails done all the time. This was the worst its ever been, I wish I knew her name! And first of all. Thwu advertise they close at 730, I came at 630 thinking it wont take long to do a fill, the door was locked when I came there and they acted like I was a burden, she did my nails in a hurry, she was rough. I dont know who the hell owns this place but its horrible they need to clean up their staff.

We have been going here for over 1 year! We have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly & willing to do what the customer wants if it is in the best interest of the customer. We drive out of our way to have our Nails & toes & waxing done... like 21 miles round trip out of our way. No matter where we go we always get compliments on our Nails! Never have had a issue lifting or unevenness.. Besides Nails are sisters not twins! We have recommended them to many friends & they all have been very satisfied with their services also. Yes there is a little one at times, NEVER have I seen her swat anyone! But I have seen her bring each customer a bottle of water. LOVE LOVE them & their services!

This was not the "relaxing" spa day I had intended. It was my granddaughters birthday and I thought it would be a nice treat to a mani pedi. There were two small children (2 & 4?) running and playing in the salon the entire time. Both had sticky suckers in their hands and the smallest was in and out of the pedi tubs. How sanitary is that? The workers were constantly yelling at them and trying to clean the sticky off them. The mani I received was unattractive and even my cuticles were painted. Worst manicure ever. The girl that did my granddaughters mani pedi was even on her cell phone while doing her pedi. This place is unprofessional and I wonder how clean and sanitary it is. I will not return.

I love this place. Its very clean , friendly and professional. Jackie has given me a full set, fill, backfill and pedicure. Im 43 years old today and Ive been getting my nails done for 25 years. My nails have never been done so well. Ive gone 3 weeks in between fills with no broken nails and I have to say Im not a delicate flower. Im very hard on my nails. I could honestly go 4 weeks or more. I never give reviews but I was compelled to give one for this shop because of how well theyve treated me and how well of a job they do. Please give them your business but make an appointment. Walk ins are welcome but if you dont want to wait, an appointment is appreciated.

This is a late review, relating to my visit about 4-5 months ago..... Nice staff, until you dont do what they want you to do. They offer to add all the extras, which I didnt need or want. One of the ladies said that she knows what is best for each customer, and that its for their best health. Another lady was on her phone inthe middle of doing someones nails, and there was a young child running around, walking up to people and swatting them. At the end, my nails ended up being uneven, and I asked for them to please fix it. Wont go back.

Yes, I am picky! The place is one of the cleanest places I have been to in a long while. A couple owns it and the husband does all the acrylic and gel nail services. The older lady very gential but, seemed to forget how to do a manicure. After painting my nails then tries to put lotion on my arms. I asked her to paint a flower on my toes and she did some weird line design. Not what I wanted. Since there is only the 2 of them they get busy fast should call ahead.

Worst fill Ive ever had in the 15 years of getting my nails done. They do not file your nails straight. Argue with what they think you should have done rather than what you want done. My nails look horrifying and up my price so she should get a tip. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful! My fingers are sore and have cuts on them. My cuticles are raggy.worst job ever on my hands! And I paid $50! Called to let the know,was told they dont have any problems,my hands are the problem. Save your hands and money and go someplace else.
