I was going Soto Pelli for hormone pellets and was not very happy with them and I switched over to Vitality and Dr. Nelson. What a difference. He was extremely knowledgable and eager to help me with any health issues that I had not just homorne issues. As for the procedure, one reason, I did not like Soto Pelli was that I was unable to sleep on the side of the procedure for three weeks after having the pellet, but this was not the case with Dr. Nelson, I was immediatey able to sleep on that side, without pain. Also, I did not have to book out weeks inadvance for a very narrow time slot like they have at SP.

So happy to have Vitality Spa. I made an appointment to see Liz Sadler N.P. she balanced my hormones via Subcutaneous Hormone Pellet. Five days later I am feeling great. My friend spent over $1200 on the HCG weight loss program elsewhere and was not happy with the results. As a mother of three it was important to me to find a program that actually works. I found out about Vitality Medspa offering the program for less and made an appointment. I am down 19 inches and 3 pant sizes and my energy has returned. I am so happy with the Doctor that took care of me at Vitality. I have been going to Vitality Med Spa for a few years now for many of their different services. Each time I walk in I am greeted with a warm hello. I drop in for my weekly shots. No need for an appointment as I only have to wait a few minutes and I am in and out. I have been feeling great since I started getting the vitamin shots, B-Complex and B-12. I have much more energy and much less feelings of being tired from my busy schedule. Go in for yourself and talk to the wonderful staff.

You have to try Vitality Medspa. I am so pleased with the helpful and friendly staff at Vitality. I am always greeted by my name and seen quickly. I just love Melissa and Kathy! They treat you like an old friend. They are always smiling and so helpful. This is the only place you should go in the Valley for you vitamin B shots since they are inexpensive and they work! Doctor Joyner is amazing!!!! She is genuinely concerned about you. I recommend this place to all my friends!

This is the first time Ive been here. I wanted to start taking B complex shots. The nurse was really informative and ended up getting a combo of B12 and B complex shots to meet my goals. She also told me about specials they have for these shots and the Wellness program which will save me money in the long run. All the staff there were very attentive and answered my questions. I will be returning next week for another shot.

Trying to lose weight, wasnt cutting it on my own. Dr. Hicks listened carefully and put me on an eating and exercise plan that is working for me (taking my age, gender, capability into account) I dont feel hangry or deprived, which is a miracle! Update: 1/24/17. Down 25 pounds since May of last year, down 8-10 percentage points in body fat. Im happy and plan to work hard to get to my target and stay there.

I get the various vitamin injection available at Vitality Med. I go to the Scottsdale location. Walk-in service makes it super convenient, wham-bam youre out. I joined the membership plan and save a load of money. The staff is super nice and attentative. Im relatively new to PHX and had been to two other spas for injections and was not satisfied for various reasons. I highly recommend this establishment.
