So the reason why Im giving it a 2 star is because I had given my mom a Gift Card last year 2016 for mothers day and she never used it so I called about 2 days ago and asked if gift cards expired and they said "no gift cards dont expire you can still use it" so today I took my mom to redeem her Gift Card she got a pedicure and when they scanned it said card expired so we had to pay for it cash. I then called the manager over the phone since she wasnt present at the salon and she said to go back the next day that she has to take a look at the card so until I get that issue resolved I will update my review. Other than that issue the older lady who did my moms pedi did a great job and was very friendly. *Update* so I went to the nail place the next day to speak to the owner, she scanned the Gift Card and it had $0 balance. What gets me upset is how I was told Gift Cards dont expire I understand that it was a year later when we tried using the card but that is unfair for them to say it doesnt expire and also the card does not mention on the back anything about it expiring. Oh and also the two customer service phone numbers on the back of the card arent even customer service numbers. Probably wont ever be back to this place which is a shame since I really liked it. ***Response back to the owner how unprofessional of you to answer in that way when all I did was give you my business I spent $60 trying to give my mother and mother in law a nice gift that they never even used perhaps you should call the Gift Card company and find out why one of your customers had this type of issue instead of acting that way towards a customer but its OK Ill leave it there and much luck with your business.....

I had the worst experience at a nail salon Ive ever had in my life.... Which is quite disappointing because it was my first time. Im actually in tears over this.... I went in expecting quality service and a certain level of artistic ability as advertised. I read all the reviews and saw all the pictures, left my usual salon to try this place because I THOUGHT the level of artistry was higher...... Not only did I not get what I asked for (had a picture out and everything) when I asked very nicely the lady (older with short hair) if she could take off what she did and just paint over it, she was visibly upset and was practically yelling in her native language and threw things around the whole time she "fixed" the problem.... I tipped her $10 because I felt horrible for even asking her to change anything and paid for the service and left in tears because of the treatment. Im too embarrassed to go back and ask for a refund but I feel like I should....... I will NEVER go back there for a service nor will I EVER recommend anyone I know to go.....

This is the worst place to go to I was so upset crying because I know how my nails are suppose to look when asked for a certine style and I got nothing. I called them to let them know how upset I was and they transfere me to the manager and she laughed at me on the phone. Like they didnt care they had messed up less than an hour after leaving the nail polish on my feet completely fall off. I went into the store and there was a guy who knew nothing about the whole situation who was very rude to me and the tone of voice he used as well. I spent 80 dollars plus a good tip for very poor service and quality. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Everyone dont waste your money at this place the people and work are not worth it. -A DISAPPOINTED COUSTMER

I love the White Spa Nails! I have been going here for over 2 years now and Tammy does a wonderful job with my nails! Everywhere I go, people compliment on how nice my nails look! I can call most anytime and can always get an appt that is convenient with my work schedule. I have tried several other places in the area but have never left with complete satisfaction like the services I get at the White Spa Nails. The shop is always clean and doesnt smell of harsh fumes.

Love the White Spa Nail salon. I have a standing appointment every two weeks. Beautiful salon with a friendly, caring staff. My nails have never been so healthy and beautiful. I also have had my eyebrows tinted and waxed and loved the results. I have tried several other salons in the valley and this one The White Spa stands out for their excellent customer service and artistic talent.

I have been doing Mani pedi, s for 30 years all over the country from California to south Florida and this place is by far the best I have been to. Tammy is an artist not your typical quick in and out nail tech.. She takes her time and creates art on your finger nails not just a paint job.. I stop in bi weekly for a new design. Truly the best that az has to offer I highly recommend

Jackie is the best nail technician Ive EVER had. She always takes her time and helps you make your nail experience the best. I always request her, Because she does such a phenomenal job. Jackie always has a smile on and takes her job serious. Love love love her. The spa is always clean, fresh, and has the best color selection.

Terrible customer service, even as a usual they arent polite or attentive. Will constantly take walk ins over appointments, or say theyre available and make you sit for up to 45 mins in water while they take an appointment. If you have appointments let the other customers know, I dont have 2+ hours to spend here.

And all of our nails came out looking excellent! I would highly recommend them to anybody and will be going back myself for future services.

Jacquie is an awesome nail tech. She takes her time, helps me pick to right products and colors that suit me and my skin tone. Shes the reason I go there. Shes truly phenomenal, very professional and my nails look amazing. She has the gift of gab and makes sitting there, face-to-face, comfortable and enjoyable.

I had an eyelash appointment at nail 09 and they had booked me for the wrong day and I was leaving out of town the next day. It was very last minute but white spa allowed me to come in and do my eyelash extensions an hour before they closed! Super nice staff

The White Spa Nails salon is very CLEAN ,professional .They have tub liner for the pedicure ,they change in between for sanitation .The staff very friendly ,highly recommended this salon and the prices are reasonable compared to other local spa.
