Little Blondie

I had an appointment for a consultation for a face lift with Dr Bomer, went in and met with a patient coordinator not the Doctor and had pictures taken. I needed to make another appointment in order meet with the Doctor. After I left I was contacted and told that before the Dr Bomer would meet with me I would have to meet with her esthetician to have the integrity of my skin evaluated and get on their skin care regime ($400 before seeing the doctor?) Because I was planing on using her for a facelift I thought I would try her for Botox,(had to give a $150 deposit over the phone). I had twice previously had 25 units for my squint lines with a great result from my eye surgeon and expected the same with Dr Bomer(a facial plastic surgeon). When I went in, they took pictures (again) and when Dr Bomer finally came in to see me, she had decided from my pictures that I needed 35 units (even after I told her I had 25 units previously) (15-25 units is standard for this area... look it up). I had to pay an addition $340. After the Botox, I was scheduled for a followup appointment for more pictures and after waiting an hour in the office, I was told that I had to reschedule for another day because they were running behind. When I finally did get in, weeks later, I expressed my concerns to the technician who saw me, however the doctor was out of the office. At this time I was told Dr Bomer had put into my chart that she wanted me to start using a variety of skincare products, even though I had not yet met with the esthetician. A week later, the technician called me to tell me that Dr Bomer (after reviewing my "pictures",AGAIN!) said that I needed more Botox AND filler for my squint lines..... filler before a face lift? I decided to see the Doctor I had previously seen for injectables to evaluate what had been done. I was told that the Botox was not administered in the correct place to get the proper result for this area.... after the Botox, it had collapsed my right eyelid. Now I have to wait for the Botox to wear off completely or else play catch-up forever.. So a warning to all...... YOU DO NOT ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Just because this doctor charges more, does not make her better! Thank God I found this out before I let her operate! Summary: Dr. Bomer seems more interested in what you look like in her pictures than what you really look like. The picture taking is obsessive! She keeps you waiting for no apparent reason because there are no other patients in this office. I have waited in this office for an hour or more and have yet to see another patient come in or go out..... Not punctual and not friendly.

Update: So being the 47 that I am , I have started to have....well....lady problems. I learned about THermiVa from the Kardashians (sue me), and saw that Rejuvent has it as well. I met with Linda, the nurse that does it, and signed right up after she told me I wouldnt pee when I laughed or coughed anymore (you know we all do it ladies). It was mildly crampy, but went away quickly, not anything I would call painful, and I noticed immediately the little bit of leakage I had was gone. After one session! I did book the three package session, so I will hope for even more improvement in the future! Cant say enough about the staff here. As I am sitting in the lobby, they remember who I am every time. I have seen both doctors for treatments and love them both. Hands down the best medical skincare I have ever received and Emily is my skin goddess, who between communicating with the doctors and her miracle skin treatments I look younger than the 47 I am!! Yay me!

I wanted to say both Dr Bomer and Dr Bouzoukis are such a great team. I love them both. They have both gone above and beyond. One time I mentioned I thought I was having a few health issues. Not serious ones but some things I needed to pay attention to. They both have been an amazing source of knowlege for me about all aspects of my health not only my skin. They are both so caring. I just returned from a second visit to see my results and wow! The before and after photo shows how the subtle changes made a huge difference in my face! I saw Dr. Bomer and had filler added to my lips cheek and under eyes. Amazing! The doctor was nice and she put me in total ease. I was expecting pain but there was none, they really numbed the area and I was comfortable the whole time. I was introduced by a friend and for sure will send my friends there. Dr Bomer has been rejuvenating me now for 7 years! Ive had a facelift, fotofacials, skin care and now botox and perlane. Her office documents every visit with photos and I swear I look younger each time they take pictures! Dr. Bomers attention to detail is impeccable. The staff is great - always so helpful. Ive had other surgical experiences and this was by far the best. Great operating room, quick recovery and perfectly natural results. Cant imagine going anywhere else!

I have been to many places and has spa services done. Most of which the staff and provider is very uneducated on skincare and the treatments being performed. Emily has transformed my skin. She sat with me and went over skincare and the treatments that were best for my skin type. I have had many services with her and have noticed a 100 percent change in my skin. I had an amazing experience and results at this Spa. I had a lot of sun damage in my chest area and as lot of freckles and pigmentation, and my skin was tough and leathery. I purchased some package that had IPL, microneedling and chemical peel. The results were unbelievable! Worth every penny and every shedding and redness. Dr. Bomer is very meticulous in her care and treatment. Also, very conservative, wants you to look natural. They recommend great skin care products which can help improve the condition of your skin. It would give the practice perfect scores, if they would give a few more perks to their loyal customers (the products and treatments are expensive). It is also hard to get an appointment. You need to book 4-5 months in advance.
