Terrible terrible job , I came in around 3 and didnt get out till 6, the first lady started my nails and had to go half way through , I was left for almost an hour with half done nails, when a new lady came back to do my acrylics she didnt even finish the rest of the job and decided to put on the nail cement , she was on the phone talking while putting it on, when I told her I was dissatisfied she told me it was fine, they chose the wrong color for my gel and I told her I wanted a new color she just smeared the color she was already using with her finger instead of wiping it off , I rather would have had my nails done by a still training beauty school than this, they finished my nails with in 15 mins total and I had still been there all day, the rest of the waiting time was my lady leaving to answer phone calls, I asked to speak to the manager, well the manager was the one doing my nails. So disappointed

Most men would not post a review on a nail salon, however I am not most so here goes....My wife has been going to Kelly Nails for awhile now. As I was sitting in waiting area watching football I notice several men in the pedicure chairs and decided next visit I will try. What did I have to lose... So next visit came around which is on a strict two week interval... Do not mess with the nail appt. time..We arrived and I was sat in the chair and soaking my feet. The next hour was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. It was great and with the hot rocks its was very relaxing. I now know why those guys were sitting next to their wives or gfs getting it done. So I can highly recommend... But hey try it yourself as I am only a guy typing a review on a nail salon...

Not impressed by this nail salon. I went because of reviews and that they could get us in on a busy Sunday where my first choice salons were full. Even though I made an appointment I had to wait about 20 mins to get my pedicure. Then the service was subpar and rushed. The foot massage was not a massage at all and my nail polish started coming off a few days after my appointment when it usually lasts all month easily.

By far the worst salon I have ever been too. they try to seem upscale upon entering in but the lady that did my nails did an awful job I wanted to get my feet done as well but I was so disappointed in the wait and service I left.

I had Kelly as my nail technician and she gave me exactly what I wanted and was VERY great about doing the extra time to make sure they looked like coffin nails. Im defiantly coming back.

Super fast eyebrow waxing and pricing is what it should be 12$. Ill be back!!
