I bought a package of brazilian waxes and have gone 6 times now. Every time has been with a different employee because they must have an issue with keeping them. And all 6 have literally missed a chunk of hair, that I notice only once I get home and have already tipped them. Im often having to tweeze hair as soon as I get back from an appointment. They try to wax way too quickly and do not take their time, often smearing hot wax all over my sensitive areas. Also, Im tired of getting told that I should buy their products... I just spent 60 dollars, leave me alone. I honestly gave this place so many tries, will start traveling 40 minutes to go somewhere else.

Ive had to wait 20 mins past my appointment time a couple of times because they were running behind then today the receptionist in the front said shes running 15 mins behind I stepped out for a quick phone call came back less than 15 mins later then the receptionist says she took the next person because you werent here. Well they shouldnt tell you its going to be 15 mins if they dont mean it then blow you off. I had to wait 30 mins past my appointment time today been coming to this location for a while now but they dont care about your time and leave you waiting way past your appointment.

Ive been going here for about 2 months and was just waxed by Diana; my goodness she didnt just wax me, but she taught me so much about how to nurture and care for my problem areas in between sessions. I thought I was doing the right thing for so long until she kindly reached out to me! She is a GEM, I highly recommend Diana!!!

I was so nervous to get a Brazilian wax, but being that I was 7 months pregnant and couldnt help myself, I had to go to the pros. Shannan is awesome and made it a completely comfortable and positive experience. She has also reshaped and fixed my eyebrows from the mess they became by getting them done at the nail shops.

The technician was nice but the facility was very bare. They make you undress infront of them, no towel to cover yourself and you are laying on thin tissue paper. Did not feel comfortable. I you want a spa like experience this is definitely not the place

The staff are all awesome! Dont go to any other place to get your wax service done, it just wont compare! You will leave everytime with your skin feeling silky smooth!
