Went in with a friend and her 11 year old daughter from out of town. Tony did my gel pedicure, after removing my old gel. They charged us for an adult pedicure and design, because my friends daughter was over 10(doesnt say this on their website), Paula, the owner even wanted to argue with me, so instead of making a scene, I left it at that. Then they Nickle and dimed me and for the hot stone and Charged me to remove the old gel, even though I was putting gel back on. Then after over charging my card, she didnt want to refund the card or give me the difference in cash, she wanted to put it on a gift card, uh no, not okay. Tony did a great job on my pedicure as well as Taeru on my friends pedicure and manicure. This isnt my first issue with this place. I wont be giving them my business anymore. Paula is there, 100% to make money, not to satisfy customers. Ill take my business elsewhere!

There were two of us that went in for a pedicure. Neither of the technicians spoke a single intelligible word of English so communication was impossible. The woman that did my service did a suitable job at trim, cuticle & polish but absolutely nothing in the way of massage except to very lightly rub the top part of my leg the entire time. I kept waiting for her to get around to my calf or my foot or my toes, but that never happened. If youre going to have a business that supposedly provides a service for a fee, get better at what youre doing!

Decent job at nails, but use caution with any other services. My eyelash fill was completely hacked. Then they wanted to charge me more to fix it. Never again. Also, no tipping except with cash and you are discouraged from paying for anything with credit card. The management said they dont want to pay the credit card service charges. No customer care in any way. Long term clients are not their focus and you will be made to feel that way if you go here.

Ok place, really busy and they dont always complete the service you are paying for. Multiple times i have gotten a manicure, everything is fine until the end when you are supposed to get a hand massage. It has been skipped multiple times.

This place is a joke. They want you to pay cash so they can pocket the money and not get charged for credit card fees. Four of us came in to get a pedi and weve been here three hours.

Guy I had was NOT experienced, everyone whos nails I showed to said they could do much better. Was in a rush so didnt ask to redo. Will try to go back and get it redone....

I asked for a stone on my design and they said , you dont need it! My polish was smudged. They were arrogant, I would never go there again.
