They are about business.. They do a great job with eyebrow waxing, pedis, and manicures. As far as asking the ladies about worker recommendations forget it. There is a communication barrier but they ladies do a nice job. They get you in pretty fast theres hardly any wait. I usually show up as a walkin but you can schedule too. As for hair go on Fridays or Saturdays. Debbie will be working and she is amazing! She has a rockin picture of her family on her station and she knows about hair! Making it voluminousness and beautiful! I felt like a new person after she was done w my hair and she only trimmed up my layers and blow dried it. When she cuts your hair she also educates you on technique an quality. She is a really honest hair stylist. If youre shooting for a specific look.. bring in a picture that way she know exactly what your picturing in your head. Next time I go in Im going to give my self a whole spa treatment! haha.. She is experienced with thick hair and knows how to cut my thick wavy hair! I won my gamble soo happy to have found her! Dont be shy start up the convo w her shes great!

The worst experience with my eyelash extensions. I had stopped going here for nails because of how unfriendly they were. I thought oh there extensions cant be as bad. I have been getting extensions for over a year and actually do eyelash extensions as a business. I know what is good and what is bad. They are completely glued to my skin and laying on top of my lashes. They are not glued to each individual lash like they are suppose to be. I paid $50 for a fill and called to get my money back after but they said the manager would call me later. I did not get a phone call, which is extremely rude, and probably wont get my money back either. I have been trying to get them off with my eyelash remover and they arent coming off. Big issue when my eyes are swelling and red. Do not get your lashes done here.

I would not recommend this establishment for a haircut. I had Tammi, whom i asked to cut my hair dry and she said no problem. All I wanted was a trim with some blended layers. She took about an inch off but it was visibly uneven. I told her that and she said it was because of how my hair was parted. I told her no its not, one side is longer, she combed it in front of my face and sure enough the one side was 1/2 longer, she then said are you sure you want me to cut that? She argued with me a few times about the eveness. I now have random longer pieces throughout my hair because she used thinning sheers to do layers. She didnt shampoo my hair (per my request), didnt style my hair after it was cut, I was in her chair a max of 15 min and she still charged me $35.

I came in to get my hair fixed because the previous girl who did my hair butchered it and it was all sorts of uneven. Well I got the stylist Tammi from here and was hoping she would be better than the last girl I had. Im a cosmetology student and definetely need to look the part. I let tammi know that I just want a blunt cut and go fix the uneven parts. Well this morning I styled my hair and the right side of my hair was 2 inches shorter than the other side and my hair still was all choppy. Im pretty pissed. I did go back and got another lady, Mindy, whos very great and did an amazing job on my hair but now because of these two incidents, my hair is now 6 inches shorter than what I wanted it to be.

******* THIS IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS ***** My Gift Certificate was purchased 2011 “New Management took over 2015” “New MANAGEMENT ALLOWED ME TO USE MY GC ON 6/3/2015 AND 8/3/2015” (My GC was for $100.00) and I was told that the GC will be honored and it didn’t matter if it was expired on 6/3/2015. That is why I didn’t worry when I used it. I was trying to explain this to the Kim/owner but she was partially laughing in my face shaking her head NO! I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB. I suggest anyone that has issues do the same. Very unprofessional staff and owner. When I pull up the business in the BBB it shows Mr. Tony Phan as the Owner not Kim like stated in the website.

My friends was super excited to bring us here. She had nothing but positive things to say. The salon is beautiful and I was thrilled, at first. The receptionist was extremely rude. She did not greet us and acted very annoyed because we were there. My friend called in advanced to notify her of our group arriving, even my friend was embarrassed by the behavior of the receptionist. She made facial expressions and nasty comments and we were so uncomfortable that we left. The annoying fact is the place was not that busy and had enough staff and open chairs for each of us. Im very confident that if the owner and management knew of what occurred they would not be pleased.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They did a horrible job on my gel nails!!!! The next morning my nails were lifting and one of my nails wasnt even glued down all the way, there were bubbles in my nails and they were either flat or rounded. They dont give refunds so dont plan on paying for more than a pedi. Thats all theyre good at. But even then, Nancy, kept coughing all over me the whole time. Last time I had Nancy, she said she had allergies so I let it be, but when it happened again, I was appalled!! Very unprofessional and nails look horrible!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

****WARNING TOO ALL***** I was told on Friday by Bella (new owner and a very rude person at the front desk) that there is a new owner of this establishment and they aren’t honoring the gift certificates issued by the prior owner. I still had $50.00 left on my certificate that my son bought me. This is NOT the kind of business we want in our neighborhood. Spread the news to everyone in the area and I will certainly be filling a complaint to the BBB.

My wife asked for medium brown hair color got VERY BLACK hair! Shes very upset! They told her we will try to fix it. She asked for a refund they said we never give refunds! So she let them try to fix it and now she looks like a brown and black zebra! We are beyond upset...so unprofessional not to give quality work and than not to stand behind their services. Shame on you! Your name should be UNBELLA!

I got the most incredible massage by Sheila. She knows her stuff and she knew how to heal me rather than give a light massage that, yes, is relaxing but I needed a deep, therapeutic massage. She was knowledgeable about why I was in pain and helped steer me in the right direction in looking for permanent improvement. If you want a deep tissue, therapeutic massage Sheila is your girl!

I have been going here for 5 years now to get my hair cut with David, hes the best ! I am so happy with new management, complimentary wifi is great! previous owners were terrible and less than friendly. Unfortunatelly I cant have mani & pedi here cause they are always in a rush, it doesnt matter if you make an appointment or not. Ive tried before but I end up going somewhere else.
