I took my Mom here to have a girls day, I booked the 3 hour package which was $99 per person if you paid cash. I decided to go here based off two things, location and the excellent on line reviews. Based off the pictures on line and what the place actually looks like only one of the pictures was of this actual location and the picture is edited or something because this place was dirty. They had us pay before the services which I found very very odd. We were asked to take off our clothes behind this little room divider like thing, we were given a sheet like thing to put around ourselves. The "rooms" are not private, its just one big room divided with white curtains from floor to ceiling, the only light came from black lights. The massage was very awkward, I felt violated and really uncomfortable. My Mom was fortunate and had a lady therapist so her massage was better in that respect. When it came time for our pedicures the nail room was dirty and unorganized, I wish we would have just left at that point. When I got home I felt itchy and I still do, this place should be shut down. I looked over all the online reviews again when I got home and it appears all but two must be fake profiles. Do not go here! Worst experience ever:(

This was a waste of my good, hard earned money! First of all you pay in advance. (Something wrong there?) Then the man who did my pedicure had hands that were extremely shaky, he could barely file my toenails and there was more polish on my skin then there was on my toenails. The lady who did my daughters pedicure had to finish my toes and clean up the mess the man made. He left then returned minutes later reeking of cigarette smoke. Then lucky me, I got the same shaky, cigarette smelling man to do my foot and shoulder relexology. I really believe he had no idea what he was doing or any training at all. He kept looking at the other reflexologist in the next booth to see what to do. Basically, he put lotion my feet and legs with no reflexology all! Rubbing my shoulders was an absolute joke. His hands were so shaky he could not put any pressure into the massage. Now after all that said, my daughters pedicure was just ok, the girl cut one of her toenails too short and hurt her, the polish was lumpy. Her reflexology was in her words "really good! " So, I left this place very disappointed and with smudged toenails.

I usually go to Lo Annes nails so my husband bought the groupon for two pedicures. The fine print is you have to go to the day spa owned by Lo Annes. I figured we would give it a try. The reflexology was amazing but what we really came for was the pedicure. Compared to Lo Annes the pedicure was a 2 out of 10. My friends nails never dried. Its been 6 hours and they are still wet and gross. Not sure what went wrong there. My nails are painted poorly. The entire pedicure lasted less than 10 minutes. If you are looking for good reflexology this is your place. If you want a fantastic pedicure go a mile south to Lo Annes.

Worst experience I have EVER had with pedicure, nails painted and massage! My finger nails and toe nails are a MESS! My massage was SO painful, he couldnt hear what I was saying, I finally get him to go back to my feet because that was the least painful. Left feeling irritated, my back and neck ached more than they usually do, and wanted to go somewhere else to get my nails re-painted. VERY disappointed as I am a teacher and wanted my last summer weekend to be relaxing with my mom but could cry at how huge the let down was. Tomorrow morning I will be getting my nails re-done before meet the teacher night.

Horrible experience. I waited 20 mins in the back with my feet in coldwater. My girlfriend got in right away and felt violated. The massager unhooked her bra and massaged her butt he didnt want this and the guy was tickling her feet and being very creepy. It was her first massage and she said she told him stop and he didnt know english well or was acting like he didnt. I wish i wasnt waiting in the back to stop it. She had a very bad first experience and the guy should be ashamed.

My body has been aching for the longest time! Decided to go in here to get a body massage. Really like this place. Atmosphere was really relaxing and youll get comfortable really quick! The lady massaging me was just amazing! Within a couple minutes she put me to sleep. It was just amazing! When the time was up, she gentle woke me up and I honestly felt better! My body was more loose and I felt more lighter! By far the best services!

Daniel GM is very knowledgeable to help contour your needs! Ive been in severe pain and they have brought me back! Great place awesome staff they will know how to help you feel better! Go and treat yourself or fix yourself! Highly recommended!!

My boyfriend booked such a relaxing day for me and able to go to such a wonderful place. They did a great job for such a low price. The staff here was very professional asking if I was okay and they know how to work their hands. Put muscle in to their massage LOVING IT! The interior is quite nice as well. The light of the LED makes it easy on the eyes. And everything is private here. I felt very good and worth it!

My sister in law took me here for some good relaxing time and i really enjoyed it. Very clean and great economic spa with great people. The massage therapist was extremely polite and friendly. I went in with a headache and my therapist was responsive to my requests. I left feeling better than I have in months! Highly recommended!
