My sisters and I scheduled reservations for three pedicures last week (in advance) and when we arrived, two techs were already occupied with manicures, leaving two more techs to work on our nails. Which posed a problem since there are three of us. I sat waiting in my chair for 30 minutes, feet turning to prunes from sitting in the water too long, until a tech was available to work on me. Unfortunately, my sisters were near done with their pedicures, which left them waiting for me to be done at the end. The manager or techs never apologized. Ive had pedicures done plenty of times. Typically in a basic pedicure, callus removal is covered. When the tech was working on me, she asked if I wanted it done, which confused me because I assumed it would be done. So I nodded yes, and in return, she says, "ok, 5 dollars extra." What?? I was taken aback so I said nevermind. I wait 30 minutes and now you want me to pay extra for something that should be included? No thanks. In the end, she completely botched my nails on my left foot. She wiped off and repainted one nail 3 times and it still turned out chipped. After she finished, I waited another several minutes for my nails to dry before putting my shoes on. My sisters and I continued to chat and enjoy each others conversation when the manager so rudely, loudly says "OKAYYY, time to go!" This sounds laughable. It is. And may sound like a joke but I assure you, its not. He continues to put my shoes on for me, lifts up my arm rest and reaches down to grab my purse (excuse me??) and plops it down on my lap. Yep, I get the hint. You want us to leave. But guess what? I dont see a line backed out your door full of people ready to pay for your services. In fact, my sisters and I were the only ones in here at this point, so you should have actually been thanking us for making it look like you have a business. But sure, you can shoo us out if youd like. Which is one of the many reason why I didnt leave a tip. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Im not the type of person to go around seeking opportunities to leave bad reviews but this... this was so bad I wanted to warn others. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience than I, maybe it was an unlucky day for me.

Not a good nail salon at all, didnt mind the 20 minute wait. But took over an hour to do a gel manicure. They added water or something to the nail polish I picked and it was clear, so I had to choose another color. Still not what i wanted. Never have I got a gel manicure where the polish is layered on my skin and all over the cuticle. And her not taking off all the previous polish, when added gel she takes the clippers and digs in my nail to take off and try a smooth out. My friend also got a gel french, asked for square and got 2/10 nails squared. Mother got a pedicure, paid for the highest package and didnt receive the services that was on the menu, they replied with oh it changed. We replied with maybe you should update your menu because I didnt get what I paid for. Spend well over $150 and disappointed in the work we received.

Did not have a good experience at all. Checked the price-list on their website, and then called to see if they were running any specials. I was told they had "Happy Hour" all day before 3 oclock, which was a 10% discount. When I arrived there, the lady was not friendly in any way and I was informed that the price for a gel polish change would be $15, where their website said $11 ($6 for polish-change, $5 for gel coating). It also turned out that the happy hour discount was only valid for certain things...not at all what I was told on the phone. Would not have made the trip if I had been given the correct information. Their "Happy Hour" seemed to be more of just a way to bring people in, and then charge whatever they want.

I really like the service here. I can say that maybe I am impressed with their service. I find that they were very helpful and were doing the upmost diligent service ever. I felt very cozy in their salon. And it was such a great place very clean through out. With tons of colors to choose from. I can tell you that you wont be waiting for them but rather the staff will be waiting for you while you are standing there for an hours and a half figuring out what color to pick still! Recommend!

I think this is one of the best one i have been to. Place was nice and clean, and totally well organized as well. I like their work ethnic as well. They all were so diligent and hard working. and my tech was the best, she have the best technique and she knew just what i wanted. I had the best time here. For sure i will recommend this one to my friends

The atmosphere is quiet and calming and the staff is very friendly. Theyre efficient, but they do take their time, so dont be in a huge rush. This is a chance for you to relax and enjoy the process. There isnt any terrible fake-nails smell when you walk in the salon and the prices are very reasonable. All for a reasonable price I highly recommend!

Went in to have gel taken off of my nails and get a regular manicure. The nail tech didnt get all the gel off of my nails leaving them rough and bumpy. The shaping of my nails was terrible - uneven and left the edges sharp. I had to ask her to go back and cut my nails. And she wanted to charge $5 extra for a matte top coat. Wont be going back.

I got a fill with no chip on top... my nails were crooked, lumpy and one already came off already (after less than 2 days). The color was running all over the place and the tech tried to fix it to no avail. Paid more than I did in Chicago for nails that look and hold up like garbage. Definitely wont ever be back.

HURRAY! I found such a simple, clean salon. I am so super glad that I was able to meet such a wonderful staff. They have such a professional well trained friendly staff. Having such a great eye in their detail work. It is such a great place to get your nails done
