Stay away from this place! Buyer beware! I have been a client of this place for awhile the facials are often rushed and they seem to always be running late. I purchased the permanent eyeliner and eyebrows from Two Drops and went in to get my eyeliner done. They were offering me Mojitos which I didnt think was a good thing to be offering a client before they are getting ready to get a tattoo. I was so turned off by this I looked Two Drops up with the Arizona Liquor board and they do not even have a license to serve liquor there. Hmmm wonder how many other things are not being done right/legally there. I get the eyeliner done and two days later you cannot even tell I have had anything done. This was very frustrating but they offered me another apt to go in and get it done again. Two weeks before my follow up apt I found out I was pregnant. I called my doctor and asked her if it was okay to get the eyeliner tattoo done and she said to wait until after I deliver. I called Two Drops to let them know I would not be making my follow up apt and would have to resched after I delivered. I let them know I wanted a refund for the $250 I paid for my eyebrows. I wasnt going to have them hold on to that much money of mine just hoping that their tattoo person was around in 8 months. The office manager Kim sent me an e-mail saying they would not offer a refund and that it was okay to get the tattoo done totally trying to go against what my doctor was recommending. I think this was just so they would not have to give me a refund. I really do not like posting bad things on yelp but I have been asking Kim to have the owner Marilyn call me for three weeks so we could work something out. I was even willing to let them keep the $250 and if for some chance their tattoo tech was not around after I delivered then give me a refund. Marilyn the owner has not called. Which is disappointing because I have been a client of theirs for three years now. I thought they would care more. So now I am left trying to protect other people from my experience. I will be posting my experience on all the review sites in the next few weeks and am sure the companies loss will be more than the $250 they could have just refunded. I will also be filing a dispute with my credit card company. It is just a shame that all of this could have been prevented if the owner Marilyn would have called to work something out.

I really like the employees at Two Drops of Beauty. Kim Parten makes me feel as if I am a special friend, and is always pleasant and never pushy. I feel the quality of service is also excellent. I have been a customer for several years. I have been a registered nurse for 30 years, and also worked in a certified plastic surgeons office, so I am most likely more discriminating than the average patron. I highly recommend Two Drops of Beauty!

Worst experience EVER!! Horrible results from botox, went back for followup to show Sassy how swollen and puffy my eyes were.She kept asking what I did for this to happen, I told her Ive had botox at another medspa before with beautiful results, and Ive done nothing different. She told me to GO BACK to to the other medspa!!!WOW! Bad enough I basically paid good money to be disfigured but was treated so badly to top it off!!!!

I found this awesome place about a year and a half ago...I have been a loyal client ever since!!....Gina is amazing and I trust her confidence when dealing with me..(While I am not easily pleased)...Lol...She is amazing and really is a true professional and artist!......Kim is amazing and very genuine in all aspects ...I just love her!

This is my favorite "go to" place. I love the staff and their new RN plastic surgeon, Sassy is an absolute treat. She literally takes years off of my face with her techniques. If you havent gotten the chance to go check them out, youre missing out!
