Do you like hearing the words "Im sorry" or "I apologize" often? Looking to schedule an appointment and not having it actually be scheduled despite confirmation? How about not getting the services you actually paid for? If you answered yes to any of the above then this place is for you! I was given a Groupon as a gift for a one hour massage and half hour facial. I originally scheduled my sessions for a Saturday in July and had to reschedule due to a conflict. I called to push back the massage to a Saturday in August well over a week in advance. When I did not receive a call to confirm my appointment the day before, I called them to verify it was on the books only to find out my original appointment was canceled and not rescheduled as the lady I spoke to had stated. They squeezed me in the same day at my preferred time slot, and I prepared to leave to their building. I got a phone call 5 minutes after I had just finished speaking with them to be told that there was a scheduling conflict and they were not able to offer my the 30 minute facial but could instead do a 90 minute massage with an upgrade (hot stone or foot scrub) for "the inconvenience". I decided to opt for the 90 minute massage and headed to my appointment. I was then contacted to be told they that their computer had a virus and double booked clients and they could only give me an hour long massage, which I agreed to as I was already driving there and quite frankly wanted to be done with their business as I was frustrated beyond words. Once I arrived and checked in Monique, the front desk lady (who cancelled my original appointment, and called me multiple times to apologize about changing my rescheduled one), told me she would let the therapist know about my chosen hot stone upgrade and back I went to the room for my session. My massage was not the firm pressure I booked, she did not add the hot stone as she was not notified by Monique, and also made numerous rookie mistakes ( Ex. touching the feet then the head after). Once checking out I was apologized to a few more times and told that I could come back for a complimentary half hour massage or facial with the hot stone upgrade they left off...all for $25. I fail to see how a service that should have been included can be complimentary if I am coming back to pay for it. Absolute buyer beware. I will not be returning and will be sure to suggest others to avoid this place.

Walking into Willow you are instantly relaxed. The front staff is so kind and genuine. I had a facial and eye brow wax done and both were perfection. My facial was wonderful!!! I was so relaxed the entire time and my aesthetician made me feel very comfortable. I LOVE that the products they use are from local shops. Everything she used smelled wonderful. There was absolutely no pressure to buy their products or to book again but I can assure you I will be back again and will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for the wonderful experience :)

I have only had two massages in my life, the second one being today at Willow Massage. My first experience, which was at a different facility, was horrible. In fact, I was in so much pain afterward, I wasnt sure I wanted to try getting a massage again. Im so glad I did because my experience with Jamie was fabulous! She asked me several questions before we got started and tailored my massage based on my responses. I would highly recommend Willow Massage...I cant wait to go back!

I got a massage by Gina. It was absolutely fantastic. Just enough pressure and she made sure it was enough and not too much. My wife got a facial by Sandy. She absolutely loved it. The attention to detail by their staff is great . From the front desk to the therapist and asthetician . Great service in a relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Will be back.

Taressa was incredible! Probably the best Certified Hypnotherapist Ive ever been to. She came highly referred from her old location and, after one visit, Im already seeing dramatic results! Highly, highly recommend! I also hear this place has one of the best massage therapists in the valley.
