I do not recommend this place. I have been going here for over two years and they have gone down hill since expanding. I just went in and got my nails done with the new SNS technique yesterday. Not only did they mess up my appointment but they stuck me with a tech I specifically asked not to be with. My cuticals were not pushed back or trimmed properly because the tech did not like to use the stuff. Then I got no massage at the end. The next day my nail chipped so I drove all the way back out there 30 minutes from where I live to have it repaired. I told the manager at the front my experience from the previous day and he did nothing about it. Then when they were repairing my nail they couldnt figure out the color and wouldnt believe me when I told them what color it was. Then the tech said she was going to put a base color down to help with my color. I told her the previous tech did not do that and that he only dipped it in the color 3 times. So she did what he did and my nail came out the correct color. When I was waiting for it to dry the original tech came up to me and told me that he did put the base powder on. I told him he did not. Then 2 other techs jumped in and started saying that he did do it because that is a mandatory step. I told them that maybe that was why it broke so easy because he never did the base powder. They said that was not true and that he didnt skip it. First off how do they know? They werent there. And second if he missed an important step why would he admit it. He skipped two other steps so I wasnt surprised that he skipped that one. They werent even nice about it. They pretty much told me I was a liar and called me out about it in front of another customer. Not to mention although the color matched. The repair job was horrible. They have officially lost my business for good and I will never go back again.

I would give 5 stars for workers but SOMETHING DRASTIC MUST BE DONE ABOUT THE EVIL MANAGER LADY! She is the most rudest ugliest spirited person Ive ever encountered. From day one she has never had a smile, a nice thing to say & WORST OF ALL U HEAR HER TALK DOWN OR BADLY TO ALL EMPLOYEES IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! She doesnt ASK them SHE DEMANDS! EXCUSE me honey get off your high horse & show some respect & appreciation to your co-workers & customers! Try smiling & asking politely of others...I will never return there again, or recommend any more people because its not just one or two ppl offended by her its at least half the customers we have sat by different ppl & they all point her ugly attitude out & some ppl schedule around her purposely! I watch the terror & discouragement her workers have after she has rebuked them harshly openly! I hope the owner doesnt pass this review by & disregard it because 1 customer is a loss & every person is important especially your repeat bi-weekly customers who become like family.

Ive been going here for about 2 yrs. and NEVER had a bad experience. They are professional and have great personalities. I have been to several salons in the last 25 yrs. and this is the best. Salons I have been to speak their language and make you feel like they are talking about you. This salon they all speak English never ever heard one speak their own. The one star reviews I have read are bull. If you are unhappy then why did you return. This salon does get busy, to insure that you get in make an appointment. Also, realize if the customer before you runs late its not the salons fault. I have seen them do their best to get walk-ins in especially when they are busy, but they can only do so much. I always make an appointment and if they run behind they offer to have another tech start til your tech can get to you. They have always done a great job and I am a very picky person. Salon is very clean and sanitized. I have seen several 5 stars in which they deserve.

Super disappointed with my experience. My friend and I came for my birthday after receiving a gift card from my husband. The staff had inappropriate conversations in front of us to the point they were so distracted, my friends fingers were cut several times and she was bleeding. We got gel manicures but we could have had the same quality if we did them on our own. My nails look like they werent even shaped, they are crooked and uneven and my cuticles are torn up. The woman doing my toes looked like shed rather shove a hot poker in her eye than do my pedicure and performed with the same lack of enthusiasm although her work was better than the woman on my hands. Due to the distracting conversation and errors made on my friend, i waited 10 more minutes for her services to be done and the woman left her to finish curing her own fingernails, telling her how to switch the machine back and forth! Im so disappointed we spent over $160 here. Definitely wont return!

My friend and I have been coming here for years and its always been our favorite place but I think they are in raising their prices. The menu says 23$ for basic pedicure but they charged us an extra five dollars for a "design" which really wasnt a design, it was a small straight like at the tip of our nail in a different color. I thought designs were like flowers and gems and things? Also a 2$ sanitary fee? I have to pay for it to be cleaned? Shouldnt it just be clean? This seems really odd to me and like they are just trying to find every way they can add on extra fees. Anyways, kind of disappointed now. The pedicure I received wasnt that great to be almost 40$ with tip.

I USED to come to this salon for the ombre gel nails, they are my favorite style! This time, the "technician" used a freakin DREMEL tool ON MY NATURAL NAILS. My gel manicure only lasted a week and upon further inspection, I have god damn dents where the nail growth is layers thicker. My nails have never been exposed to such damage! Also, we had an appointment at 4 PM for 3 and still had to wait 20 minutes. Lastly, one of the techs didnt feel like finishing, due to her shift being close to ending, so she handed off one of my girls to another... They expanded their building and its gone to their head. Dont even care about customers anymore. $$$$$$$$$$$$ is all its about.

I LOVE THIS SALON!!! Ive been getting my nails done for several years and was constantly disappointed with unfriendly service until I found this salon and will never go elsewhere. Every time I go, I get someone different for the most part, and every person I have had has been so friendly, professional, clean, and quick. Im always happy with my nails for weeks on end. Just make sure to schedule an appointment otherwise youll be waiting for a bit. A lot of people love this place for several wonderful reasons! Dont miss out! Prices are decent, atmosphere is sophisticated and clean, and they have endless amounts of services.
