Update on review: after my review, I was contacted by the salon manager. They invited me back for a complimentary blow out. I went back this evening and was very happy with the way my situation was handled. The original stylist is new and in training. The owner approached me and thanked me for giving them the chance to make it right. I was very happy with my blow out and scheduled another appointment next week. Original review: Was not impressed. Went today for a wash and blow out since I just had surgery on my foot. Over an hour later, my hair was only half dried and I had another appointment to get to. Left with half wet hair ☹️ and paid full price.

Jeneane did a great job today. My hair has been thinning and receding in front due to a medical issue and I resigned myself to getting a shorter cut. She listened well and was able to give me the cut I wanted, by combining 2 styles in the photos I showed her and seamlessly blending the thinning front in the thicker sides and back. She spent over an hour with me cutting and walking me through different strategies for styling it to maximize the effect. I really do appreciate her time and reassuring demeanor. I thought I was going to have to live with limitations, but she gave me a stylish haircut I feel genuinely happy about.

Got my hair cut with a subtle balayage/ombré style from Brooke Casey who made me look AMAZING! Im very picky about my hair and she listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy throughout the whole process. She is very sweet and knowledgable about the products(was able to answer all my 100 questions) I will DEFINITELY be seeing Brooke from now on Im obsessed with my new look!! Oh, also the salon itself is adorable, you will not be disappointed.

When I moved to Arizona 3 years ago I tried several different salons and could not find anyone to cut my hair. I searched for an Aveda salon on Google and found 20 Volume. Sandi has been cutting my hair for almost a year and I couldnt ask for a better cut or style. Shes GREAT with short cuts and as it grows out, it gets even better!! Highly recommend 20 Volume and Sandi!

Super friendly staff at this salon. Aveda products sold here with full Aveda treatment. The neck & hand massages are awesome (love the aromatherapy session to start). Some of the stylists dont have the skill level I expect from an Aveda salon but the location will try to make it right. Offers Aveda beauty products and consults as well.

This amazing Salon offers everything! I currently reside in SE Asia, but I travel back to the US for my hair color and cut with DeAnne. She is such a professional! 20 Volume Salon atmosphere is relaxation plus. And they are always right on time, I never have to "sit and wait" with a magazine!!

Deanne is a great stylist and such a nice person. Its always a pleasure catching up. I really love the products. They are almost 100% organic and thats important for my health. The front desk ladies are always friendly and helpful. Its a great place!
