I received a gift card from my son for mothers my first appointment went well besides the pressure to buy into a membership, since there was a balance on the gift card I decided to make another appointment I assumed that the balance would cover my next massage, WRONG! again I was asked to enter into a membership I explained to the young lady that I was unemployed and could not afford to enroll. Then I was told that I had to pay more because I was not a member. I was not told that my gift card would not cover my next massage since I was not a member this is unacceptable to me because since this is a so called "introductory price it should stay that way and not charge at regular price even though there is a balance to cover the massage. This made me very upset and the relaxation that i received went to hell! I would not be returning to Massage Envy ever and will warn my friends and family not to go there! Gift cards are not honored correctly its nothing but a scam!! A 150.00 gift card turned into 208.00 and could not leave a tip, rip off place.

I wanted a massage, but was nervous about signing up for a membership because my first massage envy massage (not here) was not very good. I spoke with Tianna who told me they had therapists there who would meet my needs (deep tissue and trigger point therapy). She went out of her way to let me know the therapists that would be a good fit for me. She explained all of the details about signing up for a membership that I didnt know like how they roll over to the next month if you dont use them. She set me up with Holly who was amazing! Holly listened to what I said I wanted and was both knowledgeable and skilled. My neck feels great. I cant wait to go back.

Well I just got my third cancellation in 9 months...30 minutes before my appointment. I am so bummed. My husbands appointments never get canceled. During the phone call to cancel my appointment I mentioned that it was the third time and the receptionist actually got short with me. I think I will start taking the drive to another office. I also dont like the way they want you to check out at the desk when you leave (just to ask if you left a tip) A tip is between me and my masseuse and I always leave a very nice CASH tip!

Very nice people spent $1400 each on massage for me and my wife i do nothing but work so its hard for me to get in i had 4 more massage each on each account and I may remind you I payed it all in full they took 8 massages that i paid for and told me I cant use them any more awful place Thats at least $600 or more that they stole from me on top of that 3times my massages has been cancelled by them I am a new customer and never coming back here if thats how they treat people I would not recommend massage envy to anyone

They didnt thrill me. I bought their membership through work and only used it three times. Each time I went I had a different masseuse and it was like noone worked there long enough to get used to one therapist working on me or them to learn how i like massage. I had one good massage out of three. The other two, the therapists didnt care if I said press harder or seem to care about the quality of the massage I was getting.

Made an online request for an appointment and the 1st time was 48 hours in advance. They finally called me on the day I had requested for, at the end of the day, so no time to get on my day off... 2nd time I asked a week in advance and they never responded. It is like they dont want my business so I will go somewhere else..

Ive been gettting massages for years and I can honestly say that one of the best Ive ever had was with Paula. She used the right amount of pressure and worked muscles I didnt even know I had. It was wonderful! The front desk staff is great too. They make you feel like part of a family.

Make sure you read the fine print and not what they verbally tell you. I just lost almost 350$ in saved sessions because I listened to what I was told versus what was in writing. Its a shame because they do a good job but I dont have a lot of money and i just lost so much.
