I went in on a Saturday to use the Mystic Tan for my upcoming wedding.... I spoke with Kory (the owner) and he seemed very helpful, told me that if I bought the 3 tanning package for $60.00 that day, if I turned orange or didnt like the way it came out he would refund the following 2 visits ($40.00). I tanned and followed his directions not to shower until the following morning..... That afternoon the color looked great..... The following morning I showered and all the tan was GONE.... I looked the exact same as I did before I went in. I proceeded to call Kory and explain, he told me well I will not refund the session from yesterday.... After further debate he did agree to re-spray me free of charge, but refused to give me back the money. I explained to him that I didnt have time to re-spray (I need to get something that works before my destination wedding in 2 weeks).... Kory would NOT do what it took to solve the problem, his product is NOT the top of the line as I was told and I would NOT go back to his salon.

I have been a long time customer of Maui Beach Tanning and I was looking for something new and better. I called Planet Beach to get info and they were super informative! This made me really excited so I took a trip over to check out the establishment. All I can say is what a wonderful experience I had and I immediately signed up. Where else can you go in Tucson and get a spa and tanning experience unlimited for $59.00 a month! Absolutely nowhere but here! And the owner is super nice too, that is always a plus! I did a hydration, a spray and a stand up and in one day I look like I have been at the beach for a week! Love Love Love this place, thats all I can say.

GREAT PLACE!!! - The owner & staff here are wonderful and really care about their clients and the client experience. They are never pushy on sales and go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your time at the spa. The prices are the best in town as far as tanning goes as you wont find beds of that quality for that price anywhere else. For the unlimited spa membership you get unlimited tanning, spa services AND spray tanning all for about $60/month. No other tanning salon can come close to these prices AND you get the benefit of unlimited spa usage too!

I love this this spa. The owners are so nice, informative, and helpful! I get spray tans there every week, and their tans are the best. I have very, very light skin.. so I get the lightest color possible and it has been such a confidence booster for me. I have brought out all my cute dresses, skirts and shorts. I will never go to another spa... LOVE them. I also had my teeth whitened and it worked wonders!

Amanda and Kory are always super nice and helpful / willing to accommodate my spur of the moment whims to drop in and get tanned or massaged or hydrated. LOVE the Therasage machine for eliminating stress and tense muscles, and the Hydro Derma Fusion for detox. An absolute favorite place for me... wish there was one closer to my house (but well worth the trip!)

Good place for a tan, strange facial since basically you wash, prepare and treat your face yourself with the help of colored light bulbs and a wash cloth. You do get a nice chair massage, but the music was aggravatingly pulsating and chair is loud. I left kind of not feeling like I usually do with good facial. The tanning clients seemed really happy though.

My favorites are the hydration station, therasage, and the sauna. The LED light facial worth an amazing massage chair is also great! I love that not only are their spray tans amazing, but they initially go on clear so theres no mess! I love coming here after my workouts! Great staff as well! A+++++☆☆☆☆☆

Ive been to many different Planet Beach locations around Scottsdale, Phoenix and now Tucson and this one is by far my favorite! The owners are always so friendly and get everyone in at a timely matter without making you feel rushed. Im obsessed with the hydration bed!

I enjoyed my Groupon deal of 1 week unlimited use of the spa treatments . Sorry , i missed out on the mystic tan but my schedule was too hectic to fit in a visit . I just wish there was some place closer to home for me .

I work in the area and I love heading over for a nice massage or hydration. My wife loves to tan there. All of the equipment is nice and new. The staff is wonderful and always helpul. Keep up the great work!

I love this spa! They have great equipment. My favorites are the Hydration beds and LED facial. It is a fantastic deal for the $. It also is super clean and the staff are very professional and friendly.
