Ive looked and looked for a trusted shop for quite a few years. Ive never had an accident on the road but my wife may or may not have had a few (shhh!). Finally I found Invision! Its not often that youd find a body shop that would keep you coming back, even if you DIDNT have a bump or bruise you needed to take care of, because of the employees. Ive never been treated better from the moment I walked through the door. My wife is never really happy to tell me that she might have dented our brand new cars but the owners and employees at Invision were always the ones to make her feel at ease. I hesitate to say that she might have even made a couple of friends there because the last time we needed them she just said, "Ill just swing by Invision on my way home from work"... The first time I thought about going to Invision I shopped around two other shops to compare prices and ETA on work completed and Invision had them beat by a bit on labor but by a mile on time to complete the job. They had her in and out, with what looked like a full detail, in half the time any other shop could even try to guess or estimate. I will never EVER go to another body shop in the Ahwatukee, Tempe, Chandler, Phoenix area, period. Top notch people, equipment and experience. Thanks Invision!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME WORK & SERVICE!!!! SUV front end damage at 0700am on my way home from work. I arrived at Invision in Chandler at 0800am, Kyle started my estimate workup, while staff at the desk called fora rental car company to pick me up. Pleasantly treated, this team was quick; and I was on the road home within 30 minutes!!! I was updated on my claim process and repair progression daily, and my vehicle was completed perfectly and was ready ahead of schedule. Part of the repair included a new headlight, and Kyle "buffed up" the remaining old headlight so they would match. These guys go above and beyond, and they do it quickly and efficiently. GO THERE! You wont be disappointed.

Awesome customer service from the start! Everyone there - from the front desk to the service people were outgoing and friendly. Nato Garcia took care of us like we were family - seriously! These guys go above and beyond! They did a great job fixing my Scion - they saved me money - AND it was done in a couple of hours! Yes, it was a simple fix - but what body shop would ever tell you that?! They got me a part at their cost - I really felt like they treated me like family. I could not get over how wonderful everyone was here. No doubt about it - you should go to Invision if you need a body shop!

If you need auto body repairs and want honest quality work, I highly recommend Invision. They provide amazing customer service and they make the process incredibly simple and stress free. I (unfortunately) have visited them three times within the year but without fail, I always leave feeling 100x better. I hardly recommend places to people, but I can confidently say you will, without a doubt, receive wonderful service from this business. Also, shout out to Mike! I have had terrible luck, car wise, this year and he has helped me with every single one of them!

I took my bug here after I got in a little finder bender, the over all experience was wonderful. I was able to get my car in immediately, Kyle helped me deal with my insurance, and getting into a rental car. My car was finished in a few days as promised, and I was kept posted about the status the whole time. My car looks as good as new! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK!!

I recently had a guy hit me and I had to get my truck fixed. I took it to invision Autobody and they took great car of me. They gave me a ride home! They fixed up the truck and handled the insurance company. I take my truck there any time I need work and tell all my friends about it. Kyle the head guy is not so bad either!!

Really great service. My Subaru was rear ended and they took most of the headaches out of dealing with the other drivers insurance company. Customer service was exceptional and professional--great communication/callbacks/updates and pleasure to do business with. Body work was great too--my Subaru looks brand new again!

My experience with Invision Auto Body in Chandler was that they were very friendly, efficient and professional. My car was repaired in 3 days and they even did a few minor extra things for me at no charge. It was a pleasure having my car fixed by them! I would recommend them to any friend or family member!

This is an honest, family owned shop that does great work at a competitive price. The work was done on time, and at the exact price quoted. When I picked it up, not only was it washed, it appeared to be detailed inside and out. It even smelled good! I would definitely use this shop again in the future.
