I am going to start off this review by stating that I am a Ken Garff employee, I bought my car from Ken Garff Nissan. And so naturally when my brand new car got scratched up pretty bad. I took it to the Ken Garff body shop to be fixed, the problem was not that my car was not satisfactory. When all was said and done it looked like nothing ever happened. So here is what I ultimately had a problem with, I brought my car in on a Monday morning. They tell me "we will call you when its done" that doesnt work for me. You are taking my only form of transportation so i need an estimated time for how long its going to be. I give them a call Tuesday night and a man told me that my car was in the shop being worked on and it would be done Wednesday. Well Wednesday night rolls around and nobody calls me all day, so I call again, a woman answers the phone and says that they havent taken my car in yet and I will have it by Friday. I told her what I was just told less than 24 hours ago but she didnt really care. Again, I am a Ken Garff employee and overall I love the company I work for. But I really dont appreciate being lied to, and that they couldnt give me an honest time line to begin with.

If you need to choose a place and your accident might involve engine work go elsewhere. Apparently "they dont have a mechanic." There words not mine. Maybe bring your jumper cables when picking up your car also in case someone from that shop left the inside lights on. Also your car is not in the most secure place they dont even lock there gates at night and have little lighting. I could go on and on. Also dont be concerned when they forget to ground something as big as the item shown in the picture. Choose some were else.

The initial repair portion of my experience went well. One piece was left off my car, and it took over a month to get it back on my car due to several people telling me, "We will order it and call you back." The awesome administrative assistant was the person who finally got stuff done. If you have an issue, let her help you. This other guys at the desks/ones answering the phone seem uninterested in actually helping.

Absolutely the worst experience. A job that shouldve taken 10 days took 4 weeks. Had to tell them multiple times about thibgs they did not fix properly. And at the end of the 4 weeks they still did it wrong. Paint not smooth, window tint does not match on all windows nor is it the same shade of tint as before. Do not go here if you want it done right most importantly or in a timely manner.

Did a fairly good job with the initial repairs. They tout a lifetime guarantee on their work. Trying to get them to follow through has been miserable. Very poor service and communication. I shouldnt have to chase them down. Very frustrating.
