It took Precision 3 weeks to repair my car, but it should be noted part of the delay was due to my insurance company. That said, they were very poor in calling to update me on the status of my vehicle. The price to repair my vehicle was very high, but I didnt have time to drive around and get other estimates. When I picked up my vehicle John made a point to tell me they buffed my headlight lenses so they are now clear. I drove off and notice my airbag light is on, went back and John has a tech hook up the diagnostic unit to reset my airbag. That evening I noticed one light was out and I thought it had simply burned out so I purchase two new headlight bulbs ($35) since you should replace them in twos. When I went to install the replacement bulbs I found that, of the 4 lights (2 low beam and 2 high beam), three were unplugged and one was sitting loose in the engine compartment. It took me 45 minutes to install the headlights because there is so little room in that area! Yeah, they buffed my headlight lenses and ArmorAlled my tires but didnt connect my lights. I shudder to think what else they missed in repairing my vehicle. Ill go elsewhere in the future.!!

We were told we would have our car back in 3-days....it took ELEVEN! It just had some scratches below the bumper....what could be easier? They clearly over-book themselves then rush their repairs to get them all out as quickly as possible...but theyre all likely to be late. They never called us to tell us of any delays. We called them every single day only to hear, "Well, its not finished yet. We still have to blah blah blah..." One of the techs came up front complaining about a co-worker to the office staff. As he went back into the garage-area he was yelling and pushing/kicking things out of his way. REAL professional outfit. In fairness, we were given a 20% discount...but that only tells me the price was too high in the first place. ...never ever ever again.

I have left my 350Z in the capable hands of Patrick and the team at Renew (recently changed to Precision Auto Body) and am completely satisfied with the work. The clearcoat had bubbled and started to peel all along the roof and rear hatch due to the dark blue paint and the unforgiving sun, however the car looks like new again. The best part is that they guarantee their work for life so if the clearcoat starts acting up again theyll fix it, free of charge. You might be able to find a shop that will do the job for less money, but I doubt youll find better quality work.

Have a 96 Mercury Cougar in a fairly-obscure green color. Got in a fender-mangler recently. Took the car over to Tim, Scott, and the gang at Renew Paint and Body, and it looks fantastic. They replaced the fender, headlight assembly, pulled the core frame out [saving the replacement cost!] and, most impressively to me, matched the paint exceedingly well. The customer service is outstanding and the speed in which they finished a job, well done, is impressive. If you need paint and/or body work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

My dad was hit under the Deck Park tunnel the person took off leaving the seen. We had his truck towed over to Renew Paint and Body.They did an excellent job pluss fixed the other side of his bed that was unfortunately dammaged to somone hitting him in the parking lot of a grocery store while he was shopping. They made his truck look like new again Pluss Guaranteed the job for life..Thanks again 5 stars*****
