I wrecked my car back in November 2012. My car had liability only so I was responsible for repairing my car. I struggled for 2 months trying to find someone or a place to take my car to be repaired so I Googled auto body shops in Phoenix and Valdez Auto Body came up. I noticed the place is right up the street for me, read the reviews and immediately called them. I met Robert the same day and he is a very friendly and understanding person who will work with you so you are satisfied. He was also able to give me a quote based off of the pictures of my wrecked car. A couple of days later, I dropped my car off and he began to work on it that very same day. He even repaired the welding that wasnt done right to begin with. I got my car back yesterday and I am absolutely satisfied with the great job he has done. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to take their vehicles to Robert at Valdez Auto Body for any repairs. :) (I will upload before and after pictures as soon as I can)

Recently we used Valdez Auto body to repair damage that was done to a Chrysler 200 on the rear drivers side bumper, door, and tire as a result of a hit and run car accident on the freeway. We were somewhat hesitant to use Valdez Auto Body due to it being a smaller family owned business. However after reading the previous reviews on the business, which were all highly rated, we decided to try it. Not only were the bumper, side, and tire fixed, they even aligned the wheels for us. The car came out looking as if nothing had ever happened to it and was better than new. The cost was also not as high as we originally thought. They do great work at a low cost which benefits us since we just recently moved to the city. We both highly recommend Valdez Auto Body not only for theyre quick repair but also the fact that they put time and great care into their work.

I backed into a pole and the bumper cover got damaged. I got quotes from a few places for $500-$600 which seemed ridiculous since the damage wasnt all that bad. After reading the reviews on "Valdez Auto Body" I thought Id give them a try. This was one of the best decisions Ive made in a while! The owner/operator, Robert, treated me like family and he did an EXCELLENT job!!! Now my bumper looks brand new again! It only took him a day (the others told me 2-3 days) and charged just $250! I cant speak highly enough of them. I strongly suggest you give them a try if you need any body damage repaired; you wont be disappointed! I know I wont go anywhere else.

Valdez Auto Body is an excellent auto body repair and paint business. I made an appointment for an estimate of repairs and was promptly greeted by Robert, the owner. He was very courteous, professional and accommodating. I received a very reasonable estimate for repairs and the timeframe in which to complete the job. Receiving my auto after repairs, I found the job done was of superior quality and a job which would have cost a lot more if I had gone elsewhere. Some of the best shops around are the family owned ones. Not only were they able to get my car in on the same day, but it took less than 48 hours to have very quality work done to my vehicle. The rates were waaaaay cheaper than their competitors and they even went an extra mile and buffered my headlights. I cannot stress enough how great these people were and really suggest you use them if you find yourself in a bit of a bind.

A co-worker backed into me and her insurance (GEICO) said Id need a new bumper and would only paid 60% of the damages. A friend referred me to Robert and I didnt have to pay a cent out of pocket! He was super friendly, fast and my bumper looks better than ever! If youre looking for quality work and people youll find it at Valdez Auto Body! (see the pictures for the before and after)

Ok...wrecked my Mustang last week. Took it to Valdez and they told me it would be $550 and take two days to fix. I also went to Maaco to get a quote and they told me $2400 and four days to fix it. Of course I went back to Valdez and when I picked my car up two days later it looked better then when I took it in. Valdez truly is the modern day DaVinci of body work!!!
