Carstar- I want you and all of your employees / customers to know that I have never had such a wonderful and sincere experience working with a body shop in my life. That may not sound impressive, until someone realizes that I have worked with many of the body shops in the Ogden and Layton Area. I worked with a large fleet and I had many places do service repairs on many of my cars. None of them worked with the skill, efficiency, and car that this location did. JK – you as a service rep were the single most amazing service rep I could have asked for. You didn’t just take pride in your work. You insisted on it being done RIGHT. It never took two months to get done to that standard either which was something I want to thank your techs for. I’m only sorry I don’t have them by name, but they need to know that the work they did- always amazing. They were the only body shop that I never had a vehicle reject on, and that was hard to do with some of ours. No lie. Lanette- always a lady after my own heart. Sweet, Kind, and Willing to look into anything I had questions about. I am going to put this place down as my number one recommend body shop. Thank you for your years of service.

My jeep got hit on my rear passenger side door and the insurance company recommended that I take it to Carstar to get fixed. They had decent reviews so I figured it would go well. Carstar kept me updated as they went along and got the repairs done sooner than expected, but I wish they wouldve taken more time with it to get it done right. The paint doesnt match, the door creaks like no other, and they initially missed some of the damage. The spare tire wench was damaged with the impact. When I mentioned it to them, they had me bring it back and then denied that it was damaged and said that the tire was just put in upside down. If they had seen what the new wench assembly came with, they would have seen that there were pieces missing from the one on my vehicle. They wont put on the new wench so now I have to pay for it to be replaced, and they refuse to fix the paint! They say that "it is as good as its gonna get." Excuse me, the paint matched when it was brought in! They constantly make mistakes and then do not take care of them. I would not recommend Carstar to ANYONE.

The crew at CARSTAR is phenomenal. Everything runs smoothly and is dialed in. Jason Kinnersley stayed in contact with me throughout the repair process, and kept me informed about all aspects of the repairs. Mikey is hands down the best body technician I know. George can color-match with the best of them, and my repair is completely invisible. You just cant tell that there was anything done! On top of that, everything was cleaned and detailed before they delivered it to me (and it was dirty before I dropped it off!). It looked great inside and out. Last but not least, I have no issues with any of the multiple electronic systems that were involved in the repair. The back up sensor, oncoming traffic sensor, and blind side sensor are all in perfect operation. The rear A/C was affected, and it is in proper working order as well. I know this is an area of frustration some times, and Jason K and team did a fantastic job quality checking it to make sure everything was spot on. I hope not to see them again soon for repairs, but they have my business for life!

Everything started out fine. It was through an insurance claim because of an accident and they handled my car tow and all the paperwork just fine. The problems started when they tried giving me a finish date. They told me on a Monday my car would be done that friday. I call Friday to verify and it was in paint. K, guess Ill pick it up monday.. I pick it up on Monday and take it home and realize my side mirror has paint on it and it does not work. So I go back in and they said they were supposed to order one but didnt. So they order a new one and a couple days later I go back to get it put on. Finally I am done. A week or two later my alignment had gone out and I start hearing the banging noise in my front end again that they say they never heard. Keep in mind I had just bought this car 2 months prior brand new! They were really nice people and treated me great but it seemed they were constantly in la la land. I just want my car back in working order like before the accident.

We had some front end work done because of an encounter with a snow bank. I was so impressed with the guys and gals at this location. Great communication, competitive quote, kept to their schedule for drop off, repair and pickup. Very friendly and informative. They let me know about some of their services I was not aware of. I also know the interior of the car was filthy when the car went in. When we picked up the car it was fully detailed inside and out and was beautiful. Felt like a new car again. I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of the repair and the overall positive feel and experience. Will definitely recommend to others and hope to use them for other car maintenance items too. Thank you for providing a rare (business in general) very positive customer service experience. You turned an upsetting episode of car damage into a positive experience.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR FRONT END DAMAGE, they have no mechanical knowledge whatsoever. after 3 weeks and driving 9 hours to get my car only to discover endless unfixed things. allignmemt copletely messed up, huge crack in my windshield fluid container, unknown yet what is making a clicking sound, but now ill have to continue with this claim with another shop but now i have nearly no rental coverage left. i wouldnt recomend taking your car here unless youd like to continue trying to get it fixed for several weeks,or enjoy have your time wasted like you dont have a job or anything, like my time isnt as valuable as there. they show little to no remorse for the faulty at best work. this claim is probably going to cost me signifigantly more for having gone to this shop. a horrific experience is the understatement of the century

I have recently had two different cars repaired by CARSTAR. Both cars were less than a year old and it was very important to me that they were restored to a like new condition. I could not be happier with the quality of service that was provided to me on both cars. Every member of the CARSTAR team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. In both situations there was parts that were factory parts that the adjuster would have not called out to be repaired but CARSTAR made sure they were installed so that my car was restored to the same condition it was before the accident. I would recommend CARSTAR to anyone that wants a first class quality repair job. Both cars do not look like they have ever been in an accident! Thanks for your excellent work and customer service!!
