ORIGINAL REVIEW Went to these guys for some minor damage repair. Chose Schneider because all of the reviews here were 5 star. Expected the car to be done really well due to the reputation, recommendations, and price (a bit pricey) but was/am incredibly disappointing with the job. First off, I was told the car would be done Thursday or Friday and never heard from them. I called on Friday afternoon and was told it was done, but had no way to get to their shop before they closed for the weekend - that created a bit of an issue with my insurance wondering why I needed a rental for the weekend. I wish they would have kept me informed about my repairs. When I got my car back, my stereo wasnt working, the bumper was not straight, one of my headlights hadnt been reconnected, and there was medium sized dent in one of my doors that hadnt been pulled out. I took the car in and they were very good about fixing all the electronic stuff, but then had me meet up with the pro dent guy to pull the dent out that he had missed (and they hadnt check to see if he had missed). That wasted about 3 hours of my day that day. The next time I drove the car, I realized that there was over-spray on ALL of my windows (noticeable in sight and touch), and that there was dried clear coat drip marks on my door. I took the car back a second time and they told me they would "fix" it. When I got the car back, the clear coat drips were gone, but the windows are still covered with over-spray. I decided that I would just take some thinner to the windows and deal with it myself instead of being bothered with going back to the shop again. Just yesterday, I decided to hand wash/detail the car before I cleaned up the windows and realized that there is not just over-spray on all my windows, its over the entire car... the whole car feels gritty! Also, when cleaning the front bumper (which they did some paint work on) I noticed one of my fog lights has significant over-spray on it too. And to top it off, the scratch on my door that they "fixed" is still there (without the dent)... it just appears that they painted right over it and didnt sand it down or fill it. I cant speak for all the Ferrari owners out there that recommend this place, but I would definitely not recommend taking a BMW in for repairs or service. Shop around, theres gotta be someone that handles quality control better than these guys. UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW After posting this review Margarit reached out to me directly and offered to have my car professionally detailed. She also explained that an old partner of the business had managed my repairs and that he was "on his way out" at the time and really didnt care about his parting service. To their credit, Schneider did what they could to make things right so Im increasing the star rating to 4 stars.

Oh, Schneider Auto how wonderful you are. Let me count the ways... My car was back to me a hole week ahead of schedule. The body work, paint, & care in fine detail was amazing. Even my car club friends said they couldnt even tell my my car was in an accident. Seeing as how this has been the only accident I have ever been in and this car, my baby being completely payed off and a special edition made me all kinds of frustrated and nerves to take it just any where to be pampered and fixed. The fact that the President of the shop Margrit S. Schneider her self took some time to talk to me to make sure I was happy with all the work done blew my mind. A+++ Service People. All were very welcoming and friendly when it came to talking with me and telling me about the progress on my baby girl. Aaron my service rep was amazing over the phone and in person making sure we addressed all the issues, from the initial accident to some minor details I found when I was nitpicking and going over my car with a fine tooth comb. Things only a car lover and enthusiast would notice. So if they could manage to please me I would be more then happy to recommend this to any one looking for a Great Shop For Paint & Body Work. Heck, they even left me a little bottle of touch up paint for any future rock chips or scuffs. Over all I would totally recommend this place!

Excellent Quality and Service! We woke one October morning to find that our 911 Porsche had been pummeled with pumkins as it sat in our driveway overnight. We called the local Porsche dealer to ask who they would recommend for the repair. They told us to contact Schneiders. They did a terrific job! The car looked like new when they were finished with it! They are friendly and very easy to deal with. That following New Years day we were on our way to Disneyland in our Infiniti QX56, when a deer ran into us. It was a mess! We took the QX to Schneiders and received the same great quality and service. A few months later someone turned into the same side of the QX. Once again, we went to Schneiders with the same great results. I recently hit a curb with my Volvo and knocked off the front air-dam. I called Schneiders and they told me to drop by and they would take care of it. It was something of a pain to put back on, but two of their guys popped it back on for me. They didnt even charge me! Margrit popped her head out, just to say "Hi". I hope that you dont have to see your auto body repair people as frequently as we have had to, but it you need to go, even once, you wont be dissabointed at Schneiders.

Margarit and her staff certainly live up to their claim that they are not happy until the client is satisfied. I took my jag in for some bodywork, and they were extremely attentive to completing everything necessary to put it back in great condition, paying attention to every detail. The representative I worked with stayed on top of everything and kept me well informed. They were even willing to replace a bulb in a head lamp that was not part of the original claim. Schneider Auto brought the vehicle back to take care of some cleaning and detail work and due to time constraints, sent the jag out to another detail shop. The car was returned to me within the time promised, and although there is a blemish caused by the other shop, I believe that Schneider Auto will do all they can to reasonably take care of this issue. They are fair, very capable and knowledgeable of doing what needs to be done, and their service is excellent. I hope I never have to have any bodywork done again on any of my vehicles, but if I do, I will go directly to Schneiders. I would recommend them to anyone.

Customer Service and repairs are Top-Notch. They communicate and involve you in the entire process of your car being repaired. They will make sure you are happy with the end result and take the upmost care when making the repairs to your auto. They will also fight for you against the insurance companies attempts to undermine and cut corners on the repair. They want to do a good job as if it were their own car being repaired. Nick, Margrit, Sandy and the rest of the crew there will make you feel welcomed and confident in all dealings with Schneider. I cant say enough good things about these guys and will continue to refer and take any repairs to them. They made a major repair to my 2011 WRX and brought it back to its original condition. Thanks Schneider Auto for all your hard work and dedication to ensuring a job well done.
