Took my wrecked 13 Hyundai in, as Beckstrom came highly recommended. Well, Ill keep it short, but it took nearly 2 months, there are random bolts and fasteners all over the inside of my car, the seals around the doors are hanging off, and my stereo doesnt work anymore. Oh, yeah. Part of the seat belt assembly is MIA, and, and this is the capper, when my wife picked the car up, the brakes had not been bled and so failed to work, very nearly resulting in yet another trip to an auto body shop. We took it back to have them bleed the brakes (my wife did. I would have had more faith just paying Midas to fix it), but the numerous other issues remain. Its sad when you get a brand-new car wrecked. but thats why we responsible adults pay insurance premiums. Its even more sad when the $12k "repair" job leaves as much wrong with the car as there was when it was first towed in. I realize that this company is highly recommended, but Im wondering if ownership has changed recently or something. This was the WORST experience Ive had with a small business in my entire life. This was (and still is) unacceptable. Unfortunately they didnt care enough about their name to make my car right, and I dont have time or money enough to hire an attorney to sue to have my car made whole again. Caveat Emptor. If you deal with them, hopefully your experience will be better than mine. Hopefully you have an "in" because you know someone, or are with the right insurance company, or are of the right skin color, or something. But look at it like this; your experience CANNOT be any worse than mine was.

My initial estimate was for 7-10 days. My car had a run-in with a deer and needed a good amount of repairs, so that seemed fine to me. The personnel at the shop were all very friendly, and I had a good vibe about the place; on top of that, my brother had used Beckstroms to repair his car once, and said they did very well. I took my car in on the scheduled date.....and radio silence after that. After 10 days I called in to check on the progress, and all that I was told was that it would be a couple more days. So I waited several more days and called back. Same thing, a couple more days. By this point, I had to get a rental car because the owner of the car I was borrowing from needed it back. Finally, a third call into the shop and they said they had found some additional damage, but the car should be done the next day. At this point, my car had been in the shop for 16 days. I was able to pick it up like they said the next day, but it was a full week later than what I was told; nothing was offered to me aside from an apologetic tone. I had been without my car for 17 days, with rental car charges in addition. The staff were all very friendly, but it would have been nice to be kept in the loop. I understand that delays happen, but I didnt appreciate having to call in every few days just to get information about my car. Its unfortunate that my experience with them was so poor when my brother was so happy with them. Based on my experience, if anyone asked me my opinion about auto body repair, I would tell them to bypass Beckstroms.

Someone else hit the car - so their insurance paid to repair it. It was a super busy time for all auto shops, every shop in the area booked. These guys gave me a scheduled start date, but didnt mark it on their side. I called a couple days after they were supposed to start to check progress, to find out nothing had been done. When I was upset about it, I was told they could "start right then". Time frames were a bit off, but when adjusted for the late start time, were close. The record keeping was tricky- I gave them the correct phone # 3 times only once they called the right #. I was told "so and so probably already told you..." but I was never told. Communication could have been better. My experience was not stellar, but also not terrible.

After rolling my Jeep Wrangler I took it to Canyon Collision in Morgan . . . 7 months and countless broken promises later I collected it with pretty much nothing done. Grrrr I took it to Beckstroms in February, Shawn walked around my Jeep with me answering my questions as I showed him all the more "hidden" damage. He worked up a quote and I gave them the go ahead. Yesterday I picked up my boy and took him home for the final stretch of his "rebuild". I probably walked around my jeep 500 times last night looking at all different angles and aspects of the paint /bodywork, and I have to say Im very impressed. Not only do I recommend them but I will be taking my truck to them for a needed repair also. 5 thumbs up! ! ! ! !

I had a dent in my tail gate and when I got a quote (which was much cheaper than the competitors) they told me the repair would take 3-5 days. They had my car for 2 weeks and there was no communication. I had to call several times to figure out what was going on. When I finally got my car they put the emblems on wrong! Turns out the shop guy was looking at European models for my Toyota Rav4. I had to wait another week to reorder the parts and get them done again correctly. The only good thing was the price but in the end you get what you pay for. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.

After taking my car in for repairs, I found out of a family emergency that required I get my car back to go out of town. When I called them the next day, to tell them, they had already started working on it. When I told them when I would need to have it, they didnt even hesitate to work extra hard for me to get it done. I have gone to Beckstroms before and been satisfied with their work and customer service but this put them over the top. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repair work done. Many thanks to the crew at Beckstroms.

The did awesome on my little Ford, they got it fixed in three days (something that typically would have been two weeks). The guys seemed great, the cranky old lady in the front office was totally unprofessional. I couldnt tell if she was just talking down to me because Im young, or because it was her personality. For someone majoring in Accounting/Business, I was way turned off by her though. Really, Im not going to dock them because the service by the guys was truly spectacular, thanks for getting my car back to me so quickly!

I was hit by a delivery truck really hard in my awsome black suburbon that i love. The delivery truck rearended me at a stoplight and threw my surburban 45 feet through the intersection. We called Beckstrom Body Shop at the accident and they said bring it right over and they aranged for a rental through the insurance. They fixed it in just a few days and it was a perfect job. We love Beckstroms, they are artists when it comes to their trade! Id tell everyone to have their autos repaired by Beckstrom Body Shop!
