From beginning to end and in every category JJH Autobody exceeded my highest expectation. I called around requesting quotes to the job I was requesting and received such varied answers! The first place I called was Toyotas Auto Body shop and they quoted me a price that was double to 3/4 more what JJH Autobody quoted me. Then I called another place and was told that they required me to bring my vehicle in to be able to give me an estimate, even though I tried to explain that I was only calling for a quote to get a paint job on the new front and rear bumpers I had already purchased separately on my own, for them to match the color of my car. Besides that, Id even be having my mechanic be installing them. Needless to say my explanation of the above to the receptionist (and many more I would come to find when calling around further for additiional estimates) of what to me seemed like common sense, apparently wasnt so "common" or "made much sense" to many first point of contacts that I reached, whom apparently were not well versed in the logistics of the autobody repair co. that employed them. After calling around to about maybe 10-11 shops and already having had to wait a whole weekend thru to Monday because I was told I had to have an apt. and bring my car in (such a waste of time, which even the estimator ended up telling me, but one cannot really go past the receptionist (first point of contact, who are doing such a dis-service to the very own company they work for) when one is just calling for an estimate, anyways, I got frustrated after not feeling like I made any headway in compiling a list of auto-body repair companys prices to compare to each other, and decided as I made my way down the list that was on my laptop from typing "auto-body repair shop" into the google search engine. I decided Id call maybe a couple more, and went down the list a few more shops when I found JJH Autobody Repair, and decided to skip all the shops above to call them because they had a ton of reviews (about 28 @ the time) almost all were 5 or 4 out of 5. I didnt even have to read the reviews. I hadnt seen one shop with that many awesome reviews. I was in my glory from then on. I called and the person that answered was extremely well-versed in everything I needed to know and what I was asking, they not only met the best price quote I had, but beat it by far! They were so friendly and so accomadating in every way. Their price was so good, and I felt I could trust them already from so many awesome reviews that I cut my own mechanic out of the pic (who I came to find out was overcharging me by at least a solid $100) and had JJH paint and do the installation also. During the process it turned out I needed to get a couple more parts because the brackets my bumpers needed to go on were no good, and they actually appreciated how much it meant to me that I was able to find and purchase my own parts independant of them (so I could shop around) that they actually shopped around for me on this one and said if I wanted to grab it, I could pay less, even though they put in the time and effort to search for the best priced part for me! IF ANYONE EVER ASKS ME FOR A TRUSTWORTHY AUTO-BODY REPAIR SHOP THAT DOES A MORE THAN AMAZING JOB I WILL FOR SURE BE REFERRING THEM TO JJH AUTOBODY REPAIR, AND FURTHER THIS IS WHERE I WILL BE RETURNING IF I NEED TO IN THE FUTURE FOR ANY REASON!!

Reluctantly trusted these guys with two small scratches on my black 2015 BMW which they said they could work out for me. Service looked ok at first, though they left my tires and floor mats filthy in white dust. After washing the vehicle and seeing in direct sunlight I was STUNNED to see horrible paint swirling across my entire hood and driver side door. I took it to several other shops to survey the damage and they were in awe at the terrible quality of the work. Additionally, they applied some material to the entire hood which hardened white in every microscopic rock chip that was previously unnoticeable. Godwin was great working with me on the phone and through emails and assured me the owner would make it right. I met with the owner who was quite contentious from the beginning. He made it seem that it was MY fault that I asked to have them work the scratches out, and that I should have known the polish would fill every tiny rock chip and likely swirl all my paint. He then wanted to BET money that nobody could remove the hardened white residue from the chips and if they could not then I would have to PAY HIM for the "BET." I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism and responsibility from a business owner. At one point he admitted it was done wrong, but was not his fault because he wasnt there when it happened. I did get my $90 back but am now stuck with a much more expensive and much more stressful problem, a new BMW full of swirls and white spots. Worst consumer experience I have ever encountered. When I took my car to JJH Auto Body and Paint, the customer service was phenomenal! The staff there was so professional and kind. I was continuously surprised when after I got the quote for my repair, and how reasonable the cost was for the repair. I then decided to get my car repaired there. When I dropped my car off, the staff immediately offered accommodations for rental car services, and even offered to take me back to work. During the whole duration of getting my car repaired, the staff always kept me in the loop on the progress of the repair. They ensured they would have a quick turn around time for me to get the car back and kept the time period they promised. When I picked the car up, I could not believe how great the repair looked! It was like a brand new car! So much detail was attended to. They even detailed my whole car and vacuumed the carpets. Everything was so shiny and clean! The check out process was so quick and went well as can be expected. I will definitely be using this auto body shop as my main point of contact for future repairs. They were so great to work with, and provided me the best service! The professional staff made me feel so comfortable and always went above and beyond to meet my expectations. GREAT GREAT place!

I chose JJH because of the good Google reviews. The good reviews must be from the owners friends. We had multiple problems with our service here. 1. The service took 1 week longer than they said it would. 2. After picking up our vehicle we drove away and there was a horrible clunking sound coming from the area where the repair was done. We had to immediately go back and have it looked at. Looks like they dont check their work. 3. The vehicle now makes a squeaking noise and the alignment is off. 4. 3 months later we had another bad noise coming from the repair area. I called in the morning and they said to bring it by at a specified time. I asked how long it would take since my wife would have the kids with her and it wed need a time they could look at it quickly. They said that was no issue and to come by at the time we set. My wife showed up and they then told her she would need to leave the van for a couple hours before they could look at it. Overall it was a bad experience and I would never recommend JJH. I usually go to Wasatch Auto Body but decided to try something different. Lesson learned, stick to Wasatch.
