(Update - they made it happen in the time frame they said it would., not the happiest about it but they did it.) Hoping I can change this when they finish but so far I have been very unimpressed. Rear bumper was damaged by Auto Crafters Towing when vehicle was lifted onto the tow truck after an accident but I had it taken to another shop for the accident repair, honestly didnt know the tow company had a repair shop also, my bad. When we called at first they denied fault and were rude and dismissive. After I sent pictures, they said I would need to bring it in so they could look at it. I tried to get them to pull the bumper and take care of it while it was at the other shop to be less disruptive and avoid extra rental car fees (to them) but they wanted to wait. After looking at it the owner seemed a bit skeptical (no fault there, its part of doing business in his line of work) but agreed to take care of it, set up a time for three weeks out (today) and said it would be done that day so there would be no need for a rental. Now that they have my vehicle, they are not so sure it will be done today. Every time I talk with them it seems like a burden, they are in such a rush to get off the phone. I dont have my vehicle back yet but not a happy camper so far.

You know when a business cares about their business. As an online brand marketer I help businesses focus on what they stand for and mirror that online.. with that said I pay attention to more than most. The office is nice, clean & welcoming. The staff are HAPPY! I was actually quite impressed with how they handled my case and others that I overheard. If I were to be honest I would have never chosen this business by looking them up online. The website is old and not really a trust enhancing experience. I tend to shy away from establishments with poor converting sites because it usually reflects how they invest in and handle their business... Glad I was wrong! The insurance company gave me them as an option and said they had a good reputation and now I see why. Thank you for your timely work and honesty, which is generally absent in the automotive industry.

Setting an appointment was a disaster. I dropped off my car on the day I had scheduled an appointment and picked up a rental car nearby. The next day I was called and told I had to come and get my car because I didnt have an appointment scheduled. I returned to the Auto Crafters. After debating with the secretary that I did have an appointment, I asked her to open the appointment book to today and sure enough, my name was right in the book. She didnt apologize but said, "Well, I didnt see it and we dont have time to do your car right now". Because the insurance wouldnt pay for the rental while the car was just sitting and waiting to be worked on, I had to go through the hassle of returning the rental and getting my car back. It was a definite pain in the neck. I feel I should have been compensated especially since I had an appointment and it was there error.

I had a brand new 2017 car and on the 8th day it got hit on the drivers side. I took the car to Auto Crafters and they were very helpful with advice on the claims and how they take care of it and were very kind and understanding on my need to get the car repaired as quick as possible. The work was great, the people are very professional and the car is like brand new. The best part was they did it in the time they told me. No delays, and no problems a long the way. I hope to never need another car fixed but if I do I will be going to Auto Crafters, they are the best.

I got rear ended super bad which landed me in the hospital. Because of this I was unable to get things out of my car before it got to autocrafters. When my car was finished, which they did do a great job at, 75 bucks in cash that I had in my car was stolen. Great job at fixing my car but super lame of them to steal my money. Would rather go to a place that you can trust and will do a great job. Wouldnt reccommend.

Second hand parts that fell apart and rusted 6 months afterwards that they had said they received direct from Young Subaru. Turbo blew off the vehicle 4 hours after I picked up...coincidence I still dont know. When I went to Young to have them repair my turbo they confirmed that the parts were after market and horrible cheap ones at that. Actually quit USAA over them sending me to this insurance scamming place.

Had some "custom" work that was on my vehicle and needed to be repaired after an accident. Instead of saying they could not do the work they did a horrible job at attempting it and the manager had the audacity to say, "this is the best we could do, we can try again if you arent satisfied..." never again will I use this shop nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Went in to get a quote and was told I need to schedule an appointment. They were scheduling quotes out by almost 3 weeks. For a bid that takes maybe 5 minutes?? Interesting. Definitely wont be taking anything there if theyre too busy to do a quote. I wonder how long it takes to get something fixed??

Went to several places in town to get quotes. All of them were 15 minutes or less. The secretary here, however, was rude and said I had to make an appointment, and it was 2 weeks out to get a 15 minute quote? Very bad customer service. Thats too bad they are turning away customers.

The entire staff is very professional, they gave me a warm and friendly greeting. The manager went the the whole process with and ensured me all would be done it the time frame they gave. My van was ready a day early! I will recommend this shop to all who ask for a place to fix their cars.

Not sure how their actual work is, but getting an estimate is a deal killer. Im supposed to drive around with a damaged vehicle while I wait a week for them to give me a 15 minutes estimate with no clue when they will actually schedule the work? Not going to happen.

Great service. The people here go the extra mile. They finished my repair ahead of time and fixed a few extra things without charging me because they were working in a related area of the car. Above and beyond what was expected.
