Just bought a 2017 Audi Q5 and immediately began to research options for specialized window tint and ClearBra Treatment. After researching Phoenixs best options, we decided to have Penskes Group do both treatments. What a wise move as Guy Cunningham, who manages the Team & Operation, was truly professional. He allowed us to meet & greet his Ace Technicians Matt & Justin prior to commencing. We were blown away by the attention to detail given by Justin on the Sunvek Tint and Matt on the Sunvek Ultra Clear Bra. This Group is located on the Penske Auto Mall Campus behind the high end Dealers on North Scottsdale Rd (just south of the 101). Their prices were Fair and the value-add service would be worth a bit more. Yet they were absolutely competitive. We believe they are the BIG secret unless you are buying something on the Penske Campus. Thrilled we made this decision. Kudos to Guy and his high end/high value oriented staff.

Wanted to thank you so very, very much for your generosity of spirit with your offer to repair the back panel of the Q5. As I mentioned, we really liked the work your Team(s) did on the Clearbra and tinting. It was worth spending the initial extra $$ with Penske for a real value experience and then to have you take care of this for us was over the top kind. Penske Group is blessed to have the GUY. Not sure you still require customer feedback for your higher ups to view. Yet I will craft a worthy survey response or Google review anyway. I was shopping for a high quality tinter, that could also take care of some minor surface scratches to make my newly purchased used car, look like new. A friend had recommended to me a service provided by many penske dealerships in the area called Penske Rapid Repair. I contacted John Blackwell as well, he scheduled my Tint for a morning appointment, and I showed him the couple scratches... he also noticed a minor curb scrape on one of my wheels, and said they could take care of that as well! A few hours later, my car was fitted with the new tint (Looks Great!) Scratches buffed out... and curb rash off the wheel, looking like a brand new car! Thanks John & the Gang at Penske Rapid Repair!

I was shopping for a reliable installer of a 3M clear bra on my brand new 3-series convertible and came across the Penske Rapid Repair in N. Scottsdale. After exchanging a couple emails with John Blackwell and agreeing on a price, I scheduled the install prior to taking delivery of my beamer. Everything went very smoothly and when I came to the dealership to pick up the car, the clear bra looked great! Overall, I would rate my experience with the shop as excellent and recommend to anyone in the market for a 3m protective film.

I had just a small dent that, in my mind, looked really really big for a new car I had just gotten. Penske Rapid Repair fixed it within half-a-day, and, since the repair wasnt up to their incredible standards decided not to charge me for the repair! I couldnt believe it! I would not have seen anything if I hadnt already known about the dent. Thank You for an incredible job and the feeling that in spite of the ill feeling I had denting my new car that you know how to make me feel good again!

Penske Rapid Repair did an outstanding job on my paint and clear bra application. Usually I am a little hesitant to use very large dealerships/repair shops because the service tends to be a bit impersonal and quality of the work tends to be production-rate. However, John Blackwell and his team did a top notch paint job and clear bra application on my G and the service and communication was excellent. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Thanks John, Tabitha, and Phil.

I was looking for high quality window film for my M3 and came across Rapid Repair and after talking to John Blackwell, he told me about their Nano tint for incredible heat rejection and a great look to go with new technology. I am so glad that he pointed me in the right direction and the install was perfect! Not a speck of any imperfections anywhere.
