Absolutely terrible. Will never go back or refer anyone there again. Left two giant door dings that are several inches long on our passenger side door. It looked like someone there opened their door into our door. Called us a day after we dropped the car and said we need to pay more because of broken clips and screws. Gave us one quote over the phone and we paid higher in person...after driving we noticed the fender flare and liner started flapping because the clips, screws, and fender liner was never installed. I have to go and get this repair because they did not install the hardware. We paid cash and they said no discount the quote is the same because of the low cost. When we picked up the car another customer got a quote from Daniel, who offered him a lower price because he paid cash for the almost the same amount. There were three damaged panels. Each one has a different shade and the color matching on the fender flare is terrible. Not only that, the gaps are atrociously bad where one panel is almost overlapping another. Left lots of dried compound or polish on the headlight and never removed it. Told us our car would be ready and they would call us. Never called us so we had to follow up and told us the car would be done in another day and would let us know. Never called again so we had to call and said there were still delays. We finally went there and waited almost 35 minutes when they said our car was ready. When the car arrived it looked like it sat outside for a couple days there was so much dirt and dust on it. Somehow there were dirt splotches on the bumper so they cleaned it off with a paper towel and compound... After washing our car, the paint felt incredibly rough and closer inspection revealed lots of different colored over spray. I couldnt believe it... Save yourself the headache, pain, delays, and go to a shop with integrity. We have to pay so much more out of pocket to fix Uniques mistakes.

Negative 5 stars if i could! Right from when I went in for an estimate the guy helping me insulted my car saying "why dont you just sell it, its falling apart anyway" I felt like telling him sell what? Sell your mamas car! It took about a week for them to "fix" my front bumper which they estimated to be $900 plus well yes I recieved a new bumper but later inspecting my front end it still sat crooked my right passenger side was still pushed in. Also upon inspecting I find neither of my blinker lights were put in and were jus left dangling and wedged between the bumper support so I had to remove my entire bumper in order to put the lights in correctly and upon removing my bumper which was only held on by 2 screws which theres supposed to be at least 8 well once off I find I have the same bent bumper support which I was told a new one would be put on! Not only that my fender brackets were cracked and instead of replacing it they taped it! Haha well the list goes on so when I picked up my car they failed to tell my car was overheating and that they replaced my radiator hose with a water hose like for your damn lawn. When I called them up they said oh you hose was all busted ripped and cracked falling apart! Yea right let me tell you this I just had a motor swap on my car and a wire tuck and the whole 9 haha my engine was done to the T and was running perfect no problems now my car is overheating because these "men" dont know what the hell they are doing. $900 for a $120 bumper? LAZY JOBE DONE !!!!

A big thank you to Jake and Unique Auto Body for the exceptional service they provided us on our Ford F-150. Unfortunately, this wasnt our first experience dealing with the hassles of having a vehicle repaired. Weve raised four teenage drivers, not to mention my wifes driving! Im in trouble now. Okay, Ive been at fault a time or two myself over the years! Just grateful for true professionals like Jake. Hes shoots straight, and served us well beyond our expectations. As a business consultant, as well as a consumer, I can say it was a delight to do business with these guys. When the time comes we will certainly return to Jake, and Unique Auto Body. Just hope its not too soon!

Unique Auto Body is fantastic!!!! I was rear ended in a car accident and my car was brand new :( But they were super fast at getting it all taken care of! I was dreading having to go through the process of dealing with insurance and making sure everything was handled correctly but they did all of that for me! They worked directly with the insurance company, got my rental car set up for me, and had my car fixed up in no time! And it looked brand new!!! I was very happy with my overall experience with them. I worked specifically with Daniel and he was great!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I hear nothing but delays and excuses every time we call to find out when we get my husbands car accident which was almost a month ago! And we were originally told it would take about 2 weeks, tops!! Since then theyve experienced wrong part orders, and started claiming parts in and on the car are not original manufacturer when they are, Just Ridiculous. Thanks for making us pay out of pocket for a rental car for a month because you cant get your sorry selves to work on our car and get it right the first time! Never going back here again.

I had my car fixed/repaired at Unique about two years ago after being rear ended, I went to go get a hitch put on last week at another place and they could not attach it because of some damage that got missed. I called up Chad and without hesitation he told me to bring my car in. He fixed it within 24 hours. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because it was missed in the first place. Chad is a great guy to work with... professional, kind and knowledgeable. Hopefully I wont be returning in the future, but if I have to we will use Unique. Great guys. Thank you.

Unique Auto Body is the best. I worked with Daniel and he was awesome and super helpful throughout the whole process. When I got my car back, it looked better than before the accident! There was some miscommunication between me, my husband, and the shop, and I ended up picking up my car the day before they thought I was coming, so it was not cleaned. However, Daniel was awesome about fitting me in to come and get it cleaned later. When I got it back, it was cleaned inside and out, AND they put an air freshener in it and now my car smells like Christmas. :)

Was a victim of a hit and run. SUV piled into the back of my car (which has a metallic pearl paint from the factory) hard enough to press it a good foot forward. Being a car enthusiast, Im pretty hard to please so I researched various body shops before ending up at Unique Auto Body in Midvale . With that said, I am very happy with the repairs and Daniel was most helpful during the process. Paint matches perfectly and the turn around was quicker than I had expected too! (Most grateful to get out of a dreaded rental sooner than later)
